Description The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to defined success criteria. This role manages low-to-moderate complexity projects across CDW solution areas (e.g., infrastructure, cloud, security), partnering closely with sales, consulting teams, and clients. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for delivery execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. What You Will Do * Manages Stakeholders: Creates and maintains presence with all project stakeholders acting as a CDW steward for quality. Dedicated to meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations. Identifies success criteria and ensures that it is met by involving the stakeholders in key decisions. * Negotiation: Recognizes the need for negotiations, gathers relevant information and seeks advice when needed from sales and management before proceeding. Negotiates small changes (cost, scope, effort, schedule solution, resource commitment, etc.) to agreeable result. Effective in negotiating changes to achieve stakeholder satisfaction and project results. * Problem Solving & Decision Making: Works with team members to gather information and determine possible/probable impacts to the project, document mitigation steps taken in troubleshooting and communicate these to the team and customer. * Project Management: Manages projects independently using CDW's methodology. Ensures profitability, oversees budgets, tracks time and expenses, and approves invoices promptly. Validates scope and estimates, manages change orders, and delivers all Statement of Work items with quality assurance. Identifies and mitigates risks, adjusts schedules and tasks as needed, and optimizes resources. Tracks and resolves project issues, handles procurement and delivery, and documents outcomes and lessons learned. * Leadership: Accepts responsibility for project outcomes, manages finances for clients and CDW, and holds the team accountable. Build trust with stakeholders through strong relationships and expertise. Resolves conflicts effectively and consistently meets project success criteria. Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Stay up to date on industry's best practices and shares insights within the project management team. * Communication: Determines the appropriate documentation (communication plans, schedules/timelines, status reports, quality plan, closure summary, budget, risk plan, etc.) for projects. Manages the quality and delivery of documentation to clients. Role Description The Clinical Affairs Project Manager has the responsibility of planning, organizing and executing the GLP preclinical and early clinical studies with Robeauté’s robotic brain biopsy and local drug delivery device, including support of regulatory submissions for clinical studies across geographies, IDE submission to the FDA, reporting to Head of Clinical. - Plan and coordinate the preclinical and clinical studies together with the Head of Clinical and surgeon collaborators. - Preclinical and clinical study design (including GLP animal studies and animal model exploration). - Writing preclinical and clinical protocols. - Preparing documentation for submission to local Ethics Committees, competent authorities in various geographies including to the US FDA (IDE). - Clinical study site contracting. - CRO selection and contracting, including management of both GLP preclinical studies and clinical studies. - Communication and collaboration with surgeon KOLs on study design, protocols and their execution. - Data collection and data management after testing. - Writing of detailed reports after preclinical or clinical use based on the data collected. - Planning and participation in conferences, medical scientific communication and publication support. In parallel, the Clinical Affairs Project Manager is expected to gain detailed knowledge of the clinical applications of Robeauté’s device and connect with and curate surgeon relationships with the goal of growing the surgeon community with mutual respect.
