Exhibitor Sales Representative

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by proactively selling exhibitor products and services across designated events, managing an annual revenue target of $1.5M • Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts and follow-up on inbound leads • Consult with exhibitors to understand their business objectives and recommend lead retrieval and other exhibitor-focused solutions • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via phone, virtual meetings, and webinars, highlighting key features and benefits • Drive incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling complementary products and services • Maintain accurate customer, sales, and account information within internal sales and exhibitor management systems while ensuring products, pricing, and services align with contractual agreements • Partner with Strategic Account Managers, Project Managers, Registration Specialists, Onsite Lead Specialists, Operations, and IT teams to support exhibitor needs and ensure successful event execution
Job Requirements
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close business effectively
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, including both outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
- Demonstrated success achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team performance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and active listening skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-centric approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
