What You'll Be Doing - Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for Public Sector information security and compliance programs. - Oversee compliance with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC, ARC-AMPE, and other federal/state regulatory frameworks. - Lead and manage direct reports including Information Security Advisors and Technical Security Engineers. - Drive risk management strategy including assessments, mitigation planning, and reporting to executive leadership. - Ensure continuous monitoring, authorization, and recertification activities for regulated environments. - Serve as executive liaison with internal stakeholders, auditors, regulatory bodies, and clients. - Oversee contract security requirements including SOWs, MSAs, and client agreements to ensure compliance obligations are met. - Lead incident response coordination and ensure alignment with enterprise security operations and resiliency teams. - Establish governance processes for Significant Change Requests (SCR) , POA&M management, and audit readiness. - Support business growth by aligning compliance initiatives with revenue-generating programs in public sector and tolling industries. What You Bring to the Role - 10+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management. - 5+ years of leadership experience managing security and compliance teams. - Deep expertise in FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC, and government regulatory frameworks. - Experience supporting Health Benefit Exchanges (ARC-AMPE) and/or regulated industries such as tolling. - Strong understanding of cloud security, continuous monitoring, and authorization processes. - Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence business decisions. - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CGRC. - Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning capabilities. • Responsible for senior-level contract negotiation and administration as well as the management oversight for any assigned teams of contracts professionals that provide contract administration and management for the contract lifecycle for assigned portfolios. • Focus on the pre-award phase of the contract lifecycle and lead the development and implementation of a defined pre-award contracts functions on behalf of the contracts department. • Coordinate with the contracts department leadership team on expanding the training platform offered by the contracts department to internal stakeholders on key contracts concepts and requirements. • Strengthen the library of pre-award templates and associated guidance (business volume templates, teaming agreements, MOUs, NDAs, compliance matrices). • Oversee timely and sufficient participation of contracts staff in pre-award for assigned duties. • Interpret complex and broad regulations and guidelines of multiple donors and provide guidance on critical and complex issues for successful resolution. • Manage the selection, development, and evaluation of assigned staff and budgets including recruitment, establishing performance expectations, conducting performance assessments, and recommending personnel action based on performance.

• Report to the Director, Trade Compliance and is responsible for trade compliance of assigned Husqvarna business unit(s). • Oversee all trade compliance aspects of borders crossing inbound and outbound shipments. • Drive business results through compliance and collaboration with functional leaders and teams. • Develop and implement tools and processes for continuous improvement. • Assist related sites with day-to-day trade compliance activities. • Classify Husqvarna products accurately for imports and exports. • Maintain classification database and assist with compliance manuals. • Collaborate with brokers on corrections and protests with U.S. Customs.
