• Provide non-medical, short term, solution-focused counseling to adults, children, and youth of service members • Enter counselor activity data through a smartphone or web application • Work closely with installation and military branch Points of Contact to meet program needs • Participate in regular in-services/training and Quality Improvement committees • Develop an excellent working relationship with installation/facility Points of Contact

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health related field, or social work
  • Willingness to accept assignments of undefined periods, including weekends
  • Experience working in a school setting for ARC role
  • Advanced knowledge of brief therapy and solution-focused counseling methods
  • Ability to quickly engage and communicate with military members, spouses or children
  • Proof of US Citizenship and must be fluent in English
  • Current licensure required for this position

Role Description AllOne Health is currently seeking an EAP Triage Counselor to work remotely. This is a full-time, non-exempt position working Monday-Friday 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM EST. This position is primarily a telephonic EAP Counselor role who will be involved in maintaining strong client relations with both employee and employer customers and ensuring that EAP services are well utilized.
