Role Description Crisis Counselor Supervisors play a critical role in the success of Crisis Text Line by providing real-time guidance and support to our remote volunteer Crisis Counselors, ensuring texters receive the highest quality care. In this role, you will: - Step into texter conversations as needed and provide leadership during high-risk situations, including active rescues and mandatory reporting. - Bring a calm, supportive, and empathetic approach to your work, fostering a positive and effective environment for Crisis Counselors. - Keep both the texter experience and the Crisis Counselor experience top of mind. Crisis Text Line offers mental health support in both Spanish and English. Bilingual staff are responsible for providing support in both languages based on business needs, requiring mental flexibility and the ability to oscillate fluidly between both languages. Qualifications - Self-motivated with people management skills and initiative for growth. - Expert multitasker, able to prioritize and monitor multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communicator, articulating clearly and effectively with staff and Crisis Counselors. - Problem-solver, a critical thinker who can quickly identify problems and propose solutions. - A big thinker who collaborates to improve service quality for texters and Crisis Counselors. - Tech-savvy, proficient in G-suite and comfortable navigating new online platforms. • Responsible for treatment planning, assessments, appropriate documentation of clinical progress, and delivery of evidence-based therapy modalities • Lead group sessions and educational workshops • Work closely with the clinical team • Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops • Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated continuity of care

• Inbound and Outbound phone coverage • Work with students and contacts according to SNHU's culture and brand behaviors to support the mission of the university • Apply financial aid, billing and registrar policies to all student interactions • Help students develop a financial strategy for their education and achieve their goal of graduation • Provide excellent customer service to our online students over the phone (80%), by email (15%), and > 5% in person. • Document student interactions in customer relationship manager • Participate in daily outbound calling campaigns as assigned • Partner with departments outside of Financial Aid including Admissions and Advising to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to every student • Meet expectations for Monthly Metrics and call reviews
