Role Description Join us as a Senior Recruiter and help shape the teams that power our business. You’ll be the trusted talent advisor to leaders across the company—owning high-impact searches, informing workforce plans with sharp market insights, and elevating our hiring practices end to end. If you love solving complex hiring challenges, influencing outcomes, and building scalable recruiting programs, this role is for you. Qualifications - 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience. - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, ambiguous hiring challenges and drive outcomes with creativity, rigor, and sound judgment. - Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels. Requirements - Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on workforce planning, demand forecasting, and critical role prioritization. - Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, executive, niche, and highly complex roles using bespoke sourcing strategies. - Consult on compensation and offer strategy; negotiate complex offers to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. - Develop and refine TA playbooks, interview frameworks, and process improvements; drive adoption and deliver training. - Provide informal mentorship and capability-building for TA team members. - Manage candidate experience end-to-end: timely communication, structured interviews, feedback hygiene, and smooth handoff to onboarding. - Deliver advanced talent market intelligence, competitor analysis, and location strategies to inform hiring plans. - Develop and lead hiring initiatives; design outreach strategies, partnerships, and measurement frameworks. - Own TA analytics for assigned areas; recommend actions to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source mix. - Represent TA in cross-functional initiatives, vendor evaluations, and technology enhancements; partner closely with HR Operations. - Champion the employer brand; collaborate on content, events, and campaigns to strengthen EVP and engagement. - Ensure adherence to EEO/OFCCP and company policies; maintain accurate ATS documentation and audit-ready records. - Perform other duties, as assigned. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. - Previous leadership experience (team lead, project lead, or mentorship of recruiters/hiring squads). - Experience in a cGMP environment. - Experience developing HR or TA processes and procedures at scale. - 4+ years of hands-on experience with iCIMS, ADP, and DocuSign. - 4+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to Operations, HR, and executive leadership.
