Patient Recruiter

Rovia Clinical Research

Role Description The Clinical Research Patient Recruiter assists with the recruitment of potential subjects for enrolling studies, including pre-screening, calling, and networking with patients in accordance with the study protocol. - Reviews and develops a comprehensive understanding of Rovia’s study protocols and inclusion/exclusion criteria such as diagnoses, medical terminology, and medication history. - Conducts pre-screening of patient records to ensure correct placement within a study. - Matches needs of potential subjects to current or upcoming research studies. - Conducts outgoing recruitment phone calls, answers inbound patient calls, and schedules research appointments for potential subjects. - Provides exemplary customer service to potential subjects. - Enters and updates the status of all potential subjects in the Rovia database Clinical Conductor, including the outcome of any subjects scheduled but not screened. - Updates potential subject medical histories and medications in Clinical Conductor with pertinent data gathered via medical record review and/or phone conversations. - Tracks identified trends in patient acceptance or disapproval of clinical trial participation. - Creates and schedules IRB-approved social media posts and mass emails relating to Rovia’s active research studies. - Creates flyers, brochures, and other recruitment materials. - May perform other job-related duties as requested. Qualifications - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. - Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred. - Experience with simple graphic design tools such as Canva. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Ability to develop rapport with patients over the phone. - Proficient in using social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) for recruitment purposes. Requirements - High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior clinical research patient recruitment experience required.

Role Description We are currently seeking a Remote Senior Acquisition/Financial Management Product Consultant. The incumbent will be responsible for all external DoD activities for NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) Common Spend Plan Management (CSPT) tool implementation and training. The position may require minimal travel for both classroom and one-on-one higher-level training events. The incumbent will be responsible for: - Full integration of the AMS CSPT tool, including education of senior leadership on usage and management with visualizations/reports. - Interface with other services/agencies senior leadership on AMS CSPT implementation. - Developing and conducting technical end-user training programs on behalf of a government customer. - Determining training objectives and developing high-quality training materials. - Providing varied format end-user training sessions for audiences with a wide range of computer skills and educational levels. - Regularly interfacing with technical SMEs (e.g., developers, web designers, system administrators, and application experts). Requirements - Familiarity with Microsoft Office products to include the Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience supporting a Government/systems command organization. - Public speaking and presentation skills. - At least ten (10) years Business & Financial Management experience, of which four (4) years is acquisition management support. - Knowledge and experience to provide more in-depth scenarios for spend plans and financial data. - ERP knowledge and experience. - Knowledge and experience to create business rules and guide new organizations through the CSPT onboarding process. - At least two (2) years of experience in AMS software development support on applications such as PMT, CSPT, or CDRL. - At least two (2) years of experience with software requirements development, with at least one (1) year of experience in agile software development leveraging SharePoint 2013 and Dot.Net. - One (1) year experience in Team Foundation Server (TFS).
