Role Description Salesforce is seeking quota-carrying sales professionals to drive the growth of Agentforce Operations — a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative organization at the forefront of product incubation and enterprise AI transformation. As an Agentforce Operations Director, Sales, you'll formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical, working with customers to demonstrate the value of Agentforce Operations — a product that unifies business logic, CRM data, and autonomous AI actions into a secure, scalable ecosystem. - Prospect, generate pipeline, and drive revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations product suite. - Navigate medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high-value AI transformation deals. - Ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment models for early adopters and expansion customers. - Build strong internal and customer relationships to create mutually beneficial AI adoption opportunities. - Clearly communicate the value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders. - Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts within your vertical. - Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting operational transformation, digital labor strategies, and AI automation. - Generate and qualify leads, manage a robust pipeline, and assist core Account Executives in closing strategic enterprise AI deals. - Engage with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Customer Experience, and C-suite leadership to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome-based AI solutions. - Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates. - Collaborate with solution engineers, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless end-to-end client experience. Qualifications - You have 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Conversational AI, RPA/Automation, Business Process Automation (BPA), or Cloud Enterprise Solutions. - You bring deep industry experience in at least one of: Automotive, Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, or Technology. - You have excellent presentation skills, especially for a C-suite audience. - You have experience selling with AEs across the Salesforce ecosystem to generate new logos and expand existing Salesforce footprint. - You have proven experience in solution selling, value-based selling, and demonstrating AI/automation ROI to multiple stakeholders. - You have strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft). - You have strong consultative selling skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals in emerging technology sectors. - You have proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving both IT and Business Unit leaders. - You have the business acumen to articulate the tangible ROI of shifting from manual workflows to autonomous digital workers. - You are skilled in objection handling (especially around AI trust, data security, and governance), negotiation, and closing high-value deals. - You are able to collaborate cross-functionally and act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation. - Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.) Requirements - You have familiarity with enterprise operational workflows, API ecosystems, and compliance/security frameworks for AI. - You have knowledge of competitors in the AI agent, RPA, and automation space (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, OpenAI enterprise solutions).
