• Providing concise notes and evidence (screenshots / screen recordings if requested in the run). • Launching the product on your available platform(s). • Creating a consumer account on a wagering platform, which will include going through a KYC (know-your-customer) flow. Because this platform complies with Canadian regulations, you will be required to use your own legal information to register. • Running through key wagering flows (for example: placing a wager, checking wager status, basic navigation, and other core actions defined in the run instructions). • Capturing and reporting any functional issues, crashes, obvious UI defects, or blocking problems in the wagering flow.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and lead the global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and marketing operations. • Demand Generation & Scale: Design and scale a data-driven demand generation engine, utilizing advanced account-based marketing (ABM), multi-channel orchestration, intent data, predictive insights, and intelligent personalization to build predictable pipeline for our sales enterprise teams. • Product Marketing & Positioning: Lead product marketing to clearly communicate our technical value proposition and the capabilities of the LeoAI Engine™ to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and QA leaders. • Brand & Category Leadership: Build global brand awareness and establish Testlio as the absolute authority in crowdsourced software testing and automated pipeline solutions amidst a competitive landscape. • Team Orchestration & Mentorship: Hire, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing global marketing team, instilling a culture of metric accountability, AI-enabled productivity, and operational continuous improvement. • Sales Alignment & Revenue Operations: Partner with sales and revenue operations to implement seamless tracking, lead scoring, and optimized attribution structures across all acquisition channels. • Executive & Financial Reporting: Own the global marketing budget, ensure capital-efficient resource allocation, and deliver data-backed growth forecasts directly to the executive board.

• Creating and delivering straightforward onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs through a LMS so sellers actually learn. • Getting on calls with senior leadership to talk about what's working, what isn't, and what the team needs next. • Taking complicated software testing concepts and turning them into plain, simple English that salespeople can actually use in real client conversations. • Tracking data and metrics around our training modules to prove that people are actually learning and getting value from them. • Teaching the sales team how to efficiently use their software and tools (CRM, etc.) so it’s integrated naturally into their daily routine instead of being a headache. • Talking directly to the frontline sellers to hear their feedback, patch up their knowledge gaps, and update training resources accordingly.

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, production-grade services directly across the core Testlio software platform. • Author clear architectural standards and reference patterns that define domain boundaries, decoupling our current codebase into modular services. • Partner with the Director of Engineering to execute frontend framework consolidation, improving operational performance and observability. • Safeguard system efficiency and regulatory posture by designing with security, cost-efficiency, and ISO 27001 expectations at the center. • Integrate secure AI/LLM patterns into customer-facing surfaces, establishing strict operational guardrails and failure modes for our Quality API. • Advise executive, product, and engineering teams on major technical tradeoffs, translating business needs into clean technical strategies.
