• Oversee the MCA team's day-to-day operations while building the analytical and programmatic infrastructure that turns raw member engagement data into targeted, timely care interventions. • Own the four-phase operational cycle — Data Aggregation, Risk Stratification, Trend Detection & Gap Analysis, and Intervention — and be accountable for the team's contribution to measure closure rates. • Synthesize member data from the Wellth app highlight engine, Member Care Queues, supplemental data feeds (pharmacy, lab, claims), and partner health plan sources into a unified, advocate-ready view. • Monitor aggregate performance across priority HEDIS measures detect cohort-level or geography-level anomalies before they become measure-year liabilities.

• Leverage your data and healthcare experience to create and communicate the vision and roadmap of Wellth’s data ingestion, warehousing, transformation, analytics, and reporting systems. • Contribute to the design and implementation of Wellth’s data product capabilities (e.g., outcomes reporting, personalization, etc.) • Bring to life our next generation of attributed outcomes reporting that drives customer expansion – these improved member health outcomes are what we sell! • Manage and grow a high-caliber team of data and analytics engineers. • Deliver the vision by defining and driving the execution of data projects that deliver better health outcomes for members and clients. • Collaborate with product team members, technical leaders, and senior executives to understand and serve internal and external stakeholders. • Continuously maintain and improve the data quality bar throughout the data life cycle. You have experience working with data quality challenges that emerge from partner and third-party data. • Protect the privacy of Wellth’s data, its customers, and their patients by following secure SDLC guidelines to maintain our HITRUST certification.

• Conduct analyses to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and propose strategies that drive success and outcomes for Wellth’s members and payer and provider clients. • Be the face of our data expertise! Lead engaging client discussions, present transformative analyses, and provide compelling insights on quality metric performance, CMS measures, and ROI. • Develop and present complex reports, dashboards, visualizations and presentations to demonstrate Wellth’s value and support both new business and ongoing partnerships. • Partner with commercial and client success teams to provide feedback and identify new ways to leverage data insights to address client-specific challenges, enhancing the value of Wellth’s services. • Support the client data onboarding plan and execution including internal and external coordination and communication. • Develop and refine targeting algorithms to identify members most likely to benefit from Wellth’s interventions. • Provide strategic recommendations internally for new use cases, enhancements to existing analytics capabilities, and ways to optimize data usage to better serve clients. • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and analytics methodologies, continuously refining analytical methods to drive more meaningful insights.
