Role Description At TD SYNNEX, our Inside Account Executives play a critical role in driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering impactful technology solutions. In this role, you’ll manage a high-value customer territory, balancing account management, inside sales, and new business development to achieve revenue and margin goals. What You'll Do - Own and grow your assigned territory, driving revenue, margin, and share across a diverse portfolio of accounts - Manage a blend of existing customer relationships and some new business development (“hunting”) - Conduct daily outbound calls and virtual customer interactions to identify opportunities and deepen engagement - Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and TD SYNNEX’s full solutions portfolio - Manage your territory P&L, making data-driven decisions to improve profitability and performance - Serve as a trusted advisor by providing consultative selling and solution recommendations - Resolve customer issues proactively and ensure a positive, seamless customer experience - Collaborate cross-functionally with inside sales, field sellers, and vendor partners on proposals, RFPs, and business reviews - Support onboarding of new customers and manage projects to ensure successful implementation - Identify industry and customer trends, helping expand adoption of non-print and emerging solutions Qualifications - 3 - 5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or channel/distribution environments - Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and grow revenue within assigned accounts or territory - Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and business performance metrics (P&L exposure preferred) - Experience in technology, print solutions, or channel sales is highly desirable - Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels - Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable with a high-volume call environment and outbound prospecting - Strong organizational and time management skills - Associate degree or equivalent experience required (bachelor’s preferred) - Commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and building strong working relationships Requirements - Location: Greenville, SC (preferred).
