Role Description Mindex is looking for an Oracle CPQ Engineer who thrives on solving complex configuration and integration challenges while partnering directly with clients to deliver scalable Oracle CPQ solutions. In this role, you will serve as the Oracle CPQ subject matter expert for a client engagement, designing and implementing solutions that support pricing, subscriptions, approvals, and integrations for an AI-assisted quoting platform. This is a hands-on consulting role requiring someone who can work collaboratively with team members and client stakeholders and deliver production-ready Oracle CPQ solutions from requirements through implementation. Engagement & Compensation Details - Approximately 6-month engagement with the opportunity for extension - $90,000 - $140,000 What You'll Accomplish - Serve as the Oracle CPQ technical expert for a client engagement, guiding solution design through implementation and deployment - Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, evaluate technical approaches, and recommend scalable Oracle CPQ solutions - Design and configure Oracle CPQ functionality including pricing, subscriptions, Bill of Materials (BOM), Redwood UI, Rate Cards, and Approval Workflows - Develop Oracle CPQ integrations using APIs to support AI-assisted quoting workflows and downstream business processes - Analyze existing CPQ configurations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that align with client business objectives - Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and client subject matter experts to ensure Oracle CPQ solutions integrate seamlessly within the broader application architecture - Document solution designs, configuration decisions, and implementation approaches for both technical and business stakeholders - Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle CPQ configuration, pricing, and integration issues throughout the engagement Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ implementation experience, including at least one full lifecycle project from design through go-live - Strong experience configuring Oracle CPQ Pricing, Subscriptions, BOMs, Approval Workflows, and Redwood UI - Experience developing Oracle CPQ integrations using REST API - Proven ability to work independently, owning a design from concept through implementation with minimal oversight - Strong consulting mindset; comfortable digging into ambiguous problems, proposing solutions, and defending technical decisions directly with client stakeholders - Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment supporting external clients is a plus - Experience supporting or integrating AI-assisted or agentic workflows is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience Benefits - Fully Remote Work Environment - Flexible Time Off - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401(k) with Company Match - Company-Paid Life and Disability Insurance - Professional Development Opportunities Additional Information - Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Role Description BB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cost Engineer to join our team, providing engineer support for Air Force life-cycle cost engineering requirements/projects at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Operations Directorate (AFCEC/CO) located at Tyndall, AFB in Panama City, FL. Scope of work includes providing professional reviews, assessments, and offering expert opinions regarding cost estimate and cost engineering work to support AF base/installations. This position can be filled with qualified individuals who can telework who have the appropriate technical background requirements (KSAs shown below) and experience. - Provide technical reviews and assistance during the development, update and/or revisions of cost estimates, cost engineering and cost risk analysis work, models, studies and reports that use specialized software for determining project results/findings. - Assist in documenting program files, organizing files, and providing administrative support. - Estimated tasks include: - Providing professional reviews, assessments, updates and/or revisions of 70-80 cost estimates annually. - Performing consolidation of information from multiple studies for the development of 15-20 status reports annually. - Accomplishing 10-15 briefings annually. - Assist with preparation of training of 15-20 cost estimate training plans and courses. - Conduct one (1) to three (3) site visits annually; consolidate, document, and track 80-120 requests in CE DASH annually.
