The project is focused on transforming how global enterprises manage internal eCommerce. With sustainability at its core, it helps customers reduce transportation by up to 90% and production volumes by up to 50% through local, on-demand production in more than 30 countries. The platform serves as a global one-stop eCommerce solution for marketing, sales, employer branding, and corporate merchandise, seamlessly integrating with customers’ existing systems while offering a significantly more user-friendly and sustainable alternative. The product has grown rapidly over the past 15 months and is now scaling its product and engineering team. The team consists of 15 people distributed across the Netherlands, the UK, Norway, Macedonia, Pakistan, Mexico, and Malta. While there is an office in Rotterdam, most of the team works remotely from home, co-working spaces, or while traveling. • Responsible for supporting end-to-end SDLC activities including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Responsible for applying SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum) for large complex deliveries • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevSecOps, testing, cybersecurity) to ensure alignment on technical requirements and delivery milestones. • Ensure compliance with DoD security, RMF, and accreditation requirements throughout the lifecycle. • Support integration of automated scanning and quality gates into DevSecOps pipelines. • Help build the enterprise software inventory by scanning code, binaries, and firmware and generating Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs) tied to authoritative vulnerability sources. • Access, store, transmit, and/or process Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Covered Defense Information (CDI), and Federal Contract Information (FCI) securely.
