• You will take responsibility for operational finance, accounting, and controlling tasks for multiple companies • You will support month-end and year-end closings and develop a solid understanding of accounts, posting logic, and financial interrelationships • You will analyze profit and loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and business KPIs, deriving reliable insights • You will prepare analyses, forecasts, and reports at both entity and group levels, providing robust decision-making foundations • You will actively contribute to the development of processes, structures, and finance workflows, and support the optimization of existing procedures • You will work closely with other departments, assist with tax and accounting queries, and participate in projects related to digitization and reporting
Job Requirements
- You have several years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements, and financial relationships
- You are comfortable with both operational tasks and analytical challenges, and you enjoy delving into accounts, analyses, and complex issues
- You think structurally, question existing processes, and work in a solution-oriented and self-directed manner
- Ideally, you have experience with month-end or year-end closings; a further qualification as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or experience in controlling is a plus but not required
- Very good German language skills, proficiency in Excel, and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) complete your profile
