• Own executive-level client relationships across a portfolio of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials engagements (GL, AR, AP, LA, EX, FA, CM, PPM, and AHCS), serving as the primary escalation point for delivery, scope, and risk issues; • Provide delivery oversight across multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring solution designs align with business objectives, IT strategy, and Oracle Cloud ERP implementation best practices; • Organize and facilitate functional design sessions with business users from multiple geographical regions and functional areas; • Integrate requirements from multiple design sessions and teams into the Cloud ERP system design; • Lead pre-sales efforts including opportunity scoping, SOW development, staffing plans, proposal development, and oral presentations to prospective and existing clients; • Own engagement financials for assigned accounts, including margin, utilization, and budget-to-actual performance; • Set solution direction and design standards across engagements, acting as final escalation point for complex Oracle Cloud Financials design decisions; • Hold staffing authority for assigned engagements, making resource allocation decisions in partnership with practice and delivery leadership; • Build, mentor, and develop a bench of Principal and Senior Consultants; participate in recruiting, onboarding, and career progression planning; • Identify account growth and expansion opportunities within existing clients, partnering with sales and account leadership to develop and close follow-on work; • Ensure consistency and quality of solution design, configuration, and testing approaches across the practice's Oracle Cloud Financials engagements; • Represent the Oracle Cloud Financials practice in internal and external forums, including thought leadership content and client-facing points of view; • Manage risk and issue escalation to client sponsors and internal leadership, driving issues to closure; • Contribute to practice strategy, capability build-out, and go-to-market offering development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- 12-15+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including demonstrated progression into a leadership role;
- Track record of leading multiple concurrent large-scale ERP engagements, including engagement financials and delivery oversight;
- Proven pre-sales experience: proposal development, SOW authoring, staffing plans, and oral presentations in support of new and expansion business;
- Experience building and leading consulting teams, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent;
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules (GL, AR, AP, LA, EX, FA, CM, PPM, and AHCS) and their integration with other internal and external applications;
- Experience holding staffing authority and making resource allocation decisions across engagements;
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate, influence, and build trust with senior and C-suite/Board-level stakeholders;
- Experience working with clients to mature financial processes, reporting, and adoption of newly defined procedures;
- Comfortable operating in a flexible, dynamic, entrepreneurial practice environment.
- Extra edge: Previous Healthcare/Hospital, Insurance, Construction & Engineering, Utilities, or Financial Services industry experience;
- Advanced degree.
