• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices; • Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions; • Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, integration designs, security frameworks, and process flows; • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and production support; • Mentor developers and consultants, establish development standards, and participate in design and code reviews; • Design and oversee integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architectures, middleware solutions, and enterprise integration patterns; • Support estimation, implementation planning, sprint activities, deployment planning, and technical issue resolution; • Remain hands-on with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development when needed, including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation tools.

• Own executive-level client relationships across a portfolio of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials engagements (GL, AR, AP, LA, EX, FA, CM, PPM, and AHCS), serving as the primary escalation point for delivery, scope, and risk issues; • Provide delivery oversight across multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring solution designs align with business objectives, IT strategy, and Oracle Cloud ERP implementation best practices; • Organize and facilitate functional design sessions with business users from multiple geographical regions and functional areas; • Integrate requirements from multiple design sessions and teams into the Cloud ERP system design; • Lead pre-sales efforts including opportunity scoping, SOW development, staffing plans, proposal development, and oral presentations to prospective and existing clients; • Own engagement financials for assigned accounts, including margin, utilization, and budget-to-actual performance; • Set solution direction and design standards across engagements, acting as final escalation point for complex Oracle Cloud Financials design decisions; • Hold staffing authority for assigned engagements, making resource allocation decisions in partnership with practice and delivery leadership; • Build, mentor, and develop a bench of Principal and Senior Consultants; participate in recruiting, onboarding, and career progression planning; • Identify account growth and expansion opportunities within existing clients, partnering with sales and account leadership to develop and close follow-on work; • Ensure consistency and quality of solution design, configuration, and testing approaches across the practice's Oracle Cloud Financials engagements; • Represent the Oracle Cloud Financials practice in internal and external forums, including thought leadership content and client-facing points of view; • Manage risk and issue escalation to client sponsors and internal leadership, driving issues to closure; • Contribute to practice strategy, capability build-out, and go-to-market offering development.

• Lead enterprise reporting strategy, architecture, and solution delivery across Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud applications. • Establish reporting roadmaps, governance standards, reporting inventories, and enterprise reporting strategies. • Serve as the reporting architecture lead for Oracle transformation programs; • Lead reporting assessments and rationalization initiatives to optimize reporting portfolios; • Architect reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion; • Lead report inventory assessments, reporting migration strategies, and reporting transformation initiatives; • Design scalable reporting solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud best practices; • Ensure alignment between security models, data access controls, and reporting requirements; • Design executive, management, financial, operational, and regulatory reporting solutions; • Establish reporting standards and best practices across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM environments; • Lead integration of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM reporting frameworks to support enterprise-wide reporting; • Define executive dashboard strategies and KPI frameworks; • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business stakeholders; • Mentor reporting consultants, developers, and analysts.

• Provide functional expertise on projects and initiatives involving the Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain modules of Inventory Management and Procurement, as well as their integration with other internal and external boundary applications; • Work with the client's Supply Chain functions to capture and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality; • Identify gaps and advise clients on options, risks, and value propositions; • Accountable for the generation and accuracy of the requirements document, the Oracle Cloud configuration, and the conversion and cutover activities pertaining to the Supply Chain modules; • Identify gaps and present solution options to business based on nuances of Oracle Supply Chain products and best practices; • Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, application service levels, IT strategies, and design intent; • Organize and facilitate functional design sessions with business users from multiple geographical regions and functional areas; • Integrate requirements from multiple design sessions and teams into the Cloud ERP system design; • Develop use and test cases to test the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and participate in the execution of such test cases; • Provide support to testing team and end users during the various test cycles; remediate and/or disposition of test case failures or anomalies; • Align departmental policies and procedures with Cloud ERP system processes, policies, and procedures in the solution implementation; • Support project execution methodology, report on project progress, and aggressively identify and manage issues to closure; • Work with a cross-functional team to deliver a complete ERP solution, while leading and providing direction on Supply Chain modules.

• Lead the design and implementation of D365 Trade & Logistics processes, including procurement and sourcing, sales and marketing, trade agreements, vendor-managed inventory, and order management; • Apply deep industry expertise in distribution, third-party logistics (3PL), freight, international trade, and supply chain execution; • Configure international trade and compliance features (commodity codes, country of origin, Intrastat reporting, import/export documentation); • Ensure consistency and quality across Trade, Logistics, Warehouse, and Production solution design; • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and logistics process workshops with client stakeholders.

• Lead the finance workstream, acting as the primary point of contact for client finance stakeholders; • Build trusted relationships through clear communication, executive presence, and proactive issue management; • Facilitate workshops, process design sessions, and end-user training; • Mentor junior team members and support the application of implementation best practices. • Configure and validate D365 F&O finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Project Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Inventory & Manufacturing Costing); • Design solutions aligned with manufacturing finance processes (standard costing, variance analysis, catch weight); • Translate business requirements into functional designs and collaborate with technical teams on gap solutions; • Document processes, fit/gap analysis, and configuration decisions; • Support testing activities (system, integration, UAT) and coordinate issue resolution; • Guide clients on data migration activities and support readiness for deployment.

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end integrations between Oracle EPM Cloud applications and various source/target systems; • Define and manage data mappings, transformations, and validations to ensure accurate and consistent data movement; • Automate integration tasks using EPM Automate scripts, batch files, and REST API’s; • Monitor integration jobs, analyze logs, and resolve errors or data issues promptly; • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define integration specifications and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards; • Identify blockers, dependencies, risks and proactively communicate status to all project stakeholders; • Document integration designs, configurations, and runbooks for operational transparency; • Demonstrate strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills with multitasking and competing priorities and know how to make the right trade-offs.

• Own the full sales cycle for multi-million-dollar Microsoft transformation programs; • Engage C-level and senior decision makers (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO) to shape strategic roadmaps. • Diagnose client challenges and align service solutions across ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI, Analytics, and Modern Workplace; • Lead consultative workshops, value assessments, and ROI modeling. • Co-sell with Microsoft and ecosystem partners, and leverage joint programs and incentives; • Develop industry-specific strategies (Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, etc.). • Drive new business through executive networking, thought leadership content, and event participation; • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM tools.

• Deliver ERP, CRM, and BI projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications; • Ensure SOX compliance across all phases, reporting status to internal and external management; • Manage project financials, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and profitability; • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; • Develop project plan, define milestones, and ensure appropriate resource utilization to support profitability; • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth; • Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client engagement; • Increase communication points between the leadership team and project management team to enhance collaboration and organizational culture.
