• Managing all projects that are assigned by the Business Director to ensure the projects meet all required project measurements and indicators for performance which have been set by either the client or internally. • Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring a system of quality control on all projects assigned • Maintaining a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on an ongoing monthly basis • Development of project proposals for new business on a timely and accurate basis • Assisting in developing strategic plans for the Business Unit and assisting with developing and implementing programs to achieve strategic growth plans for the Business Unit and Firm • Assisting with identifying the resource needs of the Business Unit by tracking resource requirements of all projects assigned and communicating the resource needs to the BUL • Providing key support to the BUL in all business development activities • Participating in sales calls and client presentations • Developing and maintaining quality relationships with clients • Maintaining a collaborative spirit in working with other Business Units providing the most optimum project team for projects often using personnel from multiple Business Units

• Company engineering resource for power plant generator consulting projects. • Aggressively seek out development opportunities in areas relevant to Entrust’s engineering offerings. • Act on project objectives/plan discussed on an approximately weekly basis during a management meeting, with intermediate meetings as necessary, to ensure schedule and billable hour targets are met. • Reports project scope or schedule concerns to management. • Seeks out advanced staff members for project assistance and coaching. • Attends and participates in relevant technical discussions in client meetings. • Maintains accurate records of completed project work and ensures it is uploaded in an organized fashion to appropriate internal file share location. • Ensures timely and complete follow up on revisions and/or additional client requests.

Role Description This position is responsible for managing large and/or high visibility projects for key clients; playing a key role in the business development efforts for a business segment or group of key clients within the Business Unit; supervising direct report staff members or other Sr. Project Managers or Project Managers for specific project responsibilities of large and complex projects. What you'll do: - Managing all projects assigned by the Business Unit Leader (BUL) to ensure they meet all required project measurements and indicators for performance. - Performance indicators include, but are not limited to: - Schedule performance - Project budget performance - Project profitability - Client relationship and satisfaction - Project quality control - Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring a system of quality control on all projects assigned. - Maintaining a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on an ongoing monthly basis. - Monitoring the training needs of individual staff members who are direct reports and identifying and scheduling training programs with the BUL. - Assisting in developing strategic plans for the Business Unit and implementing programs to achieve strategic growth plans. - Identifying resource needs of the Business Unit by tracking resource requirements of all projects assigned and communicating these needs to the BUL. - Assisting the BUL in identifying key talent and resources within or for the Business Unit. - Providing key support to the BUL in all business development activities. - Preparing or assisting in preparing proposals. - Participating in sales calls and client presentations. - Developing and maintaining quality relationships with clients. - Maintaining a collaborative spirit in working with other Business Units to provide the most optimum project team. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree. - MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred. - Registration as a professional engineer is preferred. - 12+ years of overall work experience, including 8+ years in the electric utility, power delivery, or transmission & distribution industry. - At least 8+ years of experience must be with an electric utility company or an engineering consulting firm supporting power infrastructure. - 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering projects related to electrical distribution and/or transmission systems (overhead and underground). • Join ENTRUST Solutions Group's Safety Management System (SMS) team and help clients build safer, more reliable operations. • Design and implement comprehensive safety management systems—or enhance existing pipeline and occupational health and safety programs. • Guide clients through building SMS programs aligned with industry standards like API RP 1173 (Pipeline Safety Management System), ANSI Z10, and ISO 45001. • From gap assessments and implementation roadmaps to auditing, hazard analysis, and incident investigations, deliver practical solutions that make a real impact. • Take the lead on diverse projects, applying broad engineering expertise to solve complex challenges. • Guide consulting teams, offering technical and organizational direction while collaborating closely with Project Managers and Business Unit Leaders to improve processes. • Ensure compliance and best practices across the board, staying ahead of industry standards and innovations.

• The Designer will have intermediate knowledge of generating 2D drawings with AutoCAD for installation details, panel layouts, and equipment/instrument wiring schematics for pipeline and facility projects. • The Designer will develop CAD designs from general instruction to a detailed finish product. • The Designer will coordinate efforts and work with Drafters to prepare and assemble project deliverables. • The Designer should have a full understanding of file structure, specifications, industry and client standards related to assigned projects. • Insert field notes, survey data, design information, vendor information and engineering schematics. • Set up sheets, title blocks, notes and details as an overall part of a drawing package. • Carry out electrical wire and cable size calculations. • Design electrical system and instrumentation in compliance with NEC requirements. • Ability to develop and understand piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID).

• Leading and executing complex engineering projects related to substations • Performing detailed quality reviews, conducting engineering studies and calculations • Collaborating with project managers, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers • Conduct thorough quality reviews (QA/QC) following established procedures • Support the development of additional Professional Engineers within the team • Perform studies, calculations, and detailed civil/structural, physical or P&C Substation engineering design and reviews for electrical substation and related projects • Work with substation Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Leads to coordinate, manage, and develop design services within the various disciplines • Lead and execute complex projects from full scope estimating on proposals, through detailed design and steel procurement, to project construction bidding and support • Direct a technical project team in structural steel and concrete analysis, design, and detailing for transmission and distribution electrical substations with voltage classes up to 345kV • Review and perform studies and calculations for substation design, including grounding calculations, lightning protection calculations, battery bank sizing calculations, conduit fill calculations, substation sizing calculations, and AC & DC substation studies

• Lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations. • Ensure projects meet client and internal performance indicators. • Focus on maintaining schedule and budget performance. • Enhance project profitability and foster strong client relationships. • Supervise and mentor other team members, including Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads. • Maintain accurate fee revenue forecasts. • Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
