• Develop and review the project's pedagogical materials, ensuring conceptual consistency, clarity, and alignment with Dia Lab's approach; • Lead teacher training sessions, demonstrating strong public speaking skills, pedagogical expertise, and sensitivity to engage with diverse school contexts; • Deliver presentations and meetings with families, presenting the project in a welcoming, inspiring, and accessible manner; • Participate in project events and activities, representing Dia Lab with concise remarks and meaningful contributions; • Conduct research and listening processes with teachers and schools, organizing and analyzing data to improve the project and support its expansion into new segments; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of materials and participant experiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent);
- Experience working with teachers and in classroom settings, whether as an educator, trainer, or pedagogical support;
- Strong public speaking skills and confidence to lead trainings and presentations;
- Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to investigate, systematize, and interpret qualitative feedback and research;
- Strong organizational skills, clear writing, and effective time management;
- Alignment with Grupo Salta's mission and a desire to innovate in education.
