Seasonal Talent Acquisition Specialist
S&S Activewear
• Contribute to the implementation of staffing and recruiting processes, strategies and solutions • Source, recruit, screen and assess high volume of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools • Maintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and spreadsheet • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Submit weekly hiring data reports • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing inspiring information about the company and position • Prepare candidate for each step in the hiring process • Assist with other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- 1 to 3 years recent high volume, fast-paced experience
- High energy and driven individual
- Avid learner
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Successful track record of achieving targets including deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize your work load
- Bilingual Spanish a plus (Preferred Experience)
- Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems - Paylocity experience is a Plus (Preferred Experience)
- Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet search, Indeed, Chrome and browser extensions, Social Media, etc.) (Preferred Experience)
