As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for newly hired ABA therapists from the moment they accept their offer. Your job is to guide them through each step of the onboarding process, keep them moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It's a high-volume, detail-driven role that requires someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely good with people.
