Role Description The Operations Coordinator supports the development, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes, internal systems, HR operations, recruiting support, and cross-functional projects. This role serves as a central point of coordination between company partners, onsite managers, employees, and internal departments to ensure requests, projects, and operational priorities are documented, assigned, and completed effectively. The Operations Coordinator is also responsible for supporting long-term operational planning within ClickUp, using the Master Project Management Plan as the primary framework for organizing priorities, establishing project timelines, identifying dependencies, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress toward company objectives. This role also supports Human Resources and Talent Recruiters regarding workplace concerns, employee concerns, staffing priorities, and headcount needs through communication by company partners, onsite managers, and other designated leaders. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, standard operating procedures, process maps, training materials, and supporting documentation. - Manage business operations projects from planning through implementation, tracking, and completion. - Lead long-term planning in ClickUp using the Master Project Management Plan to manage timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables. - Support workplace concerns, employee concerns, staffing priorities, headcount needs, and HR or administrative requests while handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Collaborate on creating and configuring new jobs in Rippling, including job descriptions, position details, requirements, and approved job requisitions. - Manage and improve HR and business systems, including Rippling, ClickUp, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related platforms. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, HR operations, administration, or a related field. - Experience managing cross-functional projects, timelines, risks, and deliverables. - Experience developing processes, workflows, SOPs, and business documentation. - Experience supporting headcount planning, job setup, recruiting and performance management. - Experience using HRIS, applicant tracking, project management, document management, or collaboration systems. - Strong communication, organization, judgment, problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Ability to manage competing priorities, escalate concerns appropriately, and handle confidential information. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in business operations, project management, HR project management, or a similar role. - Experience with long-term planning, project roadmaps, and Master Project Management Plans. - Experience using Rippling Recruiting for job setup, job descriptions, requisitions, and workforce planning. - Experience supporting employee documentation, performance processes, and workplace concerns. - Proficiency with Rippling, ClickUp, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and process-mapping tools. - Experience with system implementations, workflow automation, permissions, reporting, or database administration. Role Description We are looking for a Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations to lead the commercial function inside Revenue Operations.
