Responsibilities - Planejar e executar estratégias de retenção e reativação em múltiplas bases globais de leads. - Criar e construir réguas de relacionamento complexas. - Realizar segmentações avançadas com base em comportamento, engajamento e dados transacionais. - Gerenciar disparos diários de e-mails para milhões de contatos, garantindo escala, estabilidade e performance. - Criar e otimizar fluxos de automação (onboarding, nutrição, reengajamento e winback). - Monitorar e otimizar KPIs como open rate, CTR, CTOR, bounce, unsubscribe e entregabilidade, spam rate. - Executar testes A/B contínuos de assunto, conteúdo, layout, frequência e timing. - Atuar em conjunto com times de Growth, Mídia Programática e Dados para maximizar o valor do canal. - Garantir boas práticas de compliance, reputação de domínio/IP. - Operar múltiplas campanhas simultaneamente. - Garantir a infraestrutura de email e entregabilidade. Requirements - Experiência sólida com infraestrutura de E-mail Marketing em larga escala (alto volume). - Capacidade de operar múltiplas campanhas simultaneamente, com alto nível de organização. - Forte background em retenção, lifecycle e reativação de leads. - Conhecimento prático em automação de marketing e segmentação de bases. - Experiência com análise de métricas e otimização orientada a dados. - Vivência em ambientes de mídia programática, performance ou adtech. Differentials - Experiência com bases globais e operações internacionais. - Conhecimento em deliverability avançada (warm-up, throttling, inbox placement). - Vivência com monetização via e-mail (afiliados, CPA, CPL, programmatic demand). - Experiência com ferramentas como ESPs enterprise e plataformas de automação (ex.: Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CleverTap, Sendgrid etc.).
