Role Description The purpose of this position is to perform land-related activities for oil and gas exploration and development, including, but not limited to: - Oil and gas leasing - Mineral purchasing - Title curative - Well-staking - Waterline and well line easement acquisition - Ingress/egress at drilling locations Essential Tasks and Responsibilities: - Responsible for researching, negotiating, and acquiring land agreements for oil and gas exploration, production, and development that meet the organization's goals. - Search for and determine various land ownership interests, including mineral ownership and the locations of such owners. - Work within the parameters set by the client regarding negotiation terms. - Draft contracts required to satisfy client requirements. - Prepare adequate daily activity reports and special landman reports related to complex negotiations, damage settlements, and/or title curative instruments. May work in the office or in the field. - Perform internal and external due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of land rights or to identify and bring forward deficiencies requiring remedial action. - Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership, rights, damage claims, and access issues. - Effectively use established company and client policies, procedures, and processes to perform work. - Maintain up-to-date status with Project Manager or client to ensure the assignment is completed following the client's procedures. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - At least three (3) years of related professional sales/business experience or a degree in Energy Land Management is required. - Good understanding of applicable laws, rules, regulations, procedures, terminology, and real property acquisition policies and procedures. - Thorough understanding of various land-related contracts and agreements. - Proficient in utilizing MS Office products and databases, performing online research, and reading and understanding maps. - Ability to plan and organize workload, adjust to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision. - Ability to work independently, plan and adhere to a schedule, and report progress timely. - Must be ethical and honest in dealings with landowners, clients, and the company. - Must be proficient in understanding conveyance of real property. - Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be customer-focused. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with others. - Exercise good judgment and have experience handling confidential information. - Must have excellent attention to detail. - Must be a member in good standing with the American Association of Professional Landmen ("AAPL"). - Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player. - Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills. - Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily. - Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and working overtime if warranted). - Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and the Company's policies and procedures. Requirements - Spends 100% of the time in a remote office environment. - Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. - Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. - Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. - Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Provide virtual live-scan support for offices • Ability to coach in the moment on intraoral workflows and scan strategies • Troubleshoot minor technical issues with the 3Shape Scanner or related software • Coach Teams on the proper use of the 3Shape Trios intraoral scanner to obtain accurate digital impressions • Ensure proper workflows are followed • Support standardization and best practices across all Aspen Dental-branded offices • Monitor and update support tickets in a real-time Help Desk environment • Provide relevant details on resolution steps for each issue addressed • Ability to assist with other Digital Dentistry support needs outside of 3Shape-related products, specifically the SprintRay Digital Printing Ecosystem
