Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic S.MPLE Department as an Advisor focused on Agent Onboarding. This position plays a key role in welcoming new agents to the SERHANT. ecosystem, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring early adoption of tools and services that lead to long-term success. - Assist in executing the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. - Lead weekly group onboarding sessions for new agent cohorts. - Conduct 1:1 check-in calls with new agents during their first 90 days to reinforce training and offer guidance. - Track and manage agent learning outcomes to ensure measurable progress through onboarding milestones. - Become fully proficient in the SERHANT. ecosystem to provide support, answer questions, and resolve agent issues. - Support faster agent proficiency by encouraging early and effective adoption of key tools and systems. - Respond to agent inquiries promptly and professionally regarding technology, workflows, and expectations. - Contribute to enhancements of the onboarding roadmap based on agent feedback and department priorities. - Utilize internal AI tools and proprietary technology to create efficiencies in onboarding and support. - Assist in handling S.MPLE requests with high-quality deliverables and timely turnarounds. - Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and empowering experience for new agents. - Meet performance expectations and contribute to departmental goals and KPIs, including agent engagement, onboarding outcomes, S.MPLE adoption, and service quality benchmarks. - Participate in department meetings and cross-functional collaboration efforts to continuously improve the onboarding process. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, training, or administrative support; real estate experience a plus. - Experience leading small groups or training sessions in a remote environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain systems and processes. - Comfort with using CRMs, digital platforms, and AI-driven tools in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset and attention to detail. - Comfortable managing multiple agent relationships and follow-ups concurrently. - Experience working remotely and independently while remaining highly collaborative. - Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9AM–5P to support SERHANT. markets. Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $70,000.00 USD. Your Location This position is remote eligible. The role may include occasional work at a SERHANT. office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is remote eligible, you must live within the United States.
