Senior Business Analyst

• Construir e manter dashboards e métricas de desempenho em ferramentas como Looker e Sheets/Excel; • Realizar análises de resultados de campanhas e testes A/B, traduzindo dados em recomendações práticas; • Analisar perfis de clientes, comportamento de uso e jornada de engajamento nos produto; • Levantar hipóteses quantitativas e qualitativas sobre gaps e oportunidades nos funis de conversão e retenção; • Acompanhar indicadores de negócio (receita, TPV, churn, adoção de produtos) e gerar alertas de desvios; • Colaborar com múltiplos stakeholders (Produto, Marketing, Jurídico, Pricing, etc.) na execução e avaliação de iniciativas; • Contribuir para a avaliação econômica e operacional das ações de engajamento, incluindo estimativas de ROI e payback; • Garantir consistência e confiabilidade das bases e dashboards usados pela área.
Job Requirements
- Experiência prévia como Business Analytics ou similares.
- SQL avançado para extração e manipulação de dados em grandes bases.
- Experiência com ferramentas de BI (Looker, Power BI ou similares).
- Excel/Google Sheets avançado para modelagem financeira e análise de sensibilidade.
- Conhecimento de estatística aplicada, experimentação (A/B testing)
- Familiaridade com indicadores de negócios financeiros (TPV,, margem, churn, receita incremental).

• Play detective: get to the root cause of issues, guide users through fixes or workarounds, and partner with the tech team to build the right-sized solution for every bug or enhancement. • Spot the upgrade: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and validations that make setups more accurate and the user experience smoother. • Run the ticket pipeline: use Wrike to organize, refine, and groom every support ticket so developers know exactly what's needed, with clear status updates and testing results along the way. • Set the priorities: work with stakeholders to make sure the tickets that matter most get tackled in every support sprint. • Bridge the team: collaborate closely with our tech team, including our offshore developers, to make sure delivered work actually hits the mark. • Own the quality bar: test support and product tickets in lower environments, sign off on what's ready for production, and verify everything post-deployment across as many scenarios as you can dream up. • Keep everyone in the loop: communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders on ticket status. • Level up constantly: build deep expertise in our products, features, and program configurations, and sharpen your fluency in the Software Development Lifecycle. • Jump in wherever needed to keep Wellworks' web portal and mobile app running at their best for every user who counts on them.
• Interpret partner contracts to perform the necessary system parameterizations • System parameterization and validation: organize contracts; create rule tables; register the tables in the system. • Data analysis and processing • Creation of data reports and documentation • Client interface: delivery of training; technical follow-ups; assisted operations; presentation of results; business process consulting.
