• Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics in tools such as Looker and Sheets/Excel. • Perform analyses of campaign results and A/B tests, translating data into actionable recommendations. • Analyze customer profiles, usage behavior and product engagement journeys. • Formulate quantitative and qualitative hypotheses about gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels. • Monitor business KPIs (revenue, TPV (Total Payment Volume), churn, product adoption) and generate alerts for deviations. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, etc.) in the execution and evaluation of initiatives. • Contribute to the economic and operational evaluation of engagement initiatives, including estimates of ROI and payback. • Ensure consistency and reliability of the data sources and dashboards used by the team.
• Ensure a positive, clear, and solution-oriented experience for customers, acting as a bridge between the customer and the company with a focus on empathy, efficiency, quality of information, and resolving requests. • Provide customer support through channels (chat, phone, email). • Log and track requests, complaints, inquiries, and appointment scheduling. • Work on problem resolution, seeking solutions within established processes. • Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and follow up until resolution. • Meet deadlines, quality targets, productivity goals, and area KPIs. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Develop features under the guidance of the team, balancing quality and deadlines; • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical refinements; • Assist in investigating and resolving issues; • Maintain visibility into your work and communicate impediments clearly; • Contribute to good coding and testing practices.
• App and SDK Development: Design, develop and maintain the core components (SDKs, apps, and libraries) used by all applications running on our Android POS devices. • Architecture and Performance: Actively contribute to defining and evolving the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and top-tier performance. • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to CI/CD processes, automated testing, and platform monitoring. • Technical Mentorship: Act as a technical reference, guiding and supporting developers from different teams who consume the platform. • Code Quality: Ensure code excellence and standardization through code reviews and development best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture).
• Technical Reference and Architecture: Design and evolve the architecture of distributed systems focused on high availability, low latency and resilience. • Hands-on: Write code, perform rigorous code reviews and take an active role in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues. • Incident Response: Lead the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring rapid response and creating action plans to prevent recurrence. • Technology Transition: Work excellently with our Elixir legacy systems while leading and supporting the emergence of new projects in Golang. (We expect someone open-minded and eager to learn new things.) • Observability Culture: Promote mature practices for monitoring, messaging and deep observability across our infrastructure. • Strategic Vision: Translate business challenges in risk management into robust technical solutions.

• Liderar tecnicamente projetos de modelagem e análise, desde a concepção até a entrega em produção, garantindo qualidade técnica e alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio; • Definir e disseminar boas práticas de engenharia de variáveis, arquitetura de features e estruturação de dados, elevando o padrão técnico do time; • Analisar dados para gerar insights estratégicos em diferentes frentes do negócio, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e riscos emergentes e traduzindo essas descobertas em decisões concretas; • Desenvolver, implementar e validar modelos e ferramentas de machine learning — como modelos de scoring, propensão, churn e segmentação — sendo referência técnica para o time nas escolhas de abordagem e metodologia.
