• Provides technical and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for the program. • Research, identify and close stagnant PQDRs. • Captures, understands, translates, and documents customer requirements. • Defines system and program requirements; and generates software performance and reliability specifications and requirements. • Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution. • Manages and documents system configurations and oversees all transitions into production. • Performs troubleshooting and remediation, ensures successful program changes/migrations, and provides post project end user support.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Candidate must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Candidates must be geographically located within a 2-hour drive of the Dayton, OH (preferred) or Montgomery, AL area to be considered.
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in the following:
  • Information system oversight
  • Troubleshooting on-premises system-level issues in Windows and Linux
  • Desired knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working in Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS) for the USAF.
