About the role: We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our U.S.-based team and play a critical role in supporting our enterprise go-to-market motion. This role is ideal for a customer-centric, technically fluent, and commercially minded pre-sales professiona l who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments. As a Solutions Consultant, you will own the technical aspects of the enterprise sales cycle, partnering closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to articulate the value of our fraud prevention and ecommerce optimization platform. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, translating complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes and helping customers envision how our solutions solve their most critical challenges. You will collaborate regularly with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success, serving as both a product advocate and a voice of the customer. What you'll be doing: Lead technical discovery and solution design across the enterprise sales cycle, aligning platform capabilities to customer business goals Present and demonstrate our solutions to both technical and executive audiences, tailoring messaging to address industry-specific use cases Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies, value-based use cases, and compelling solution narratives Define and present solution architectures that address customer requirements, integration needs, and scalability considerations About us: Digital commerce is built on trust. Job Requirements

  • Clearly articulate our integration approach, APIs, and deployment models, helping prospects scope implementation with confidence
  • Address technical objections and remove barriers by explaining how our technology integrates into complex ecommerce and payments ecosystems
  • Develop and deliver solution messaging that highlights our unique differentiators, measurable ROI, and business impact
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the evaluation process, from early discovery through contract signature
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights and market trends
  • What you'll need:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or pre-sales role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, or adjacent fintech technologies
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and technical integrations
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented value propositions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and design effective solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior technical and executive audiences
  • High learning agility and the ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and product capabilities
