Mazda North American Operations

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of receivables accounts through timely reconciliations • Perform monthly reconciliations for various non-dealer accounts • Publish dealer statements and process electronic funds transfers • Collect overdue amounts from dealer and non-dealer accounts • Prepare and deliver monthly AR Securitization reports • Maintain accurate financial records and support the financial health of the organization

Job Requirements

  • AA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1 to 3 years preferred
  • Basic AR Accounting knowledge preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Microsoft/Excel is a plus

Role Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for following up directly with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues, to secure appropriate and timely reimbursement and response. Identifies and analyzes denials, payment variances, and no response claims and acts to resolve claims/accounts, including drafting and submitting technical and clinical appeals.
