• Support the Polish Licensing Manager, Regulatory Affairs, in activities related to compliance with the Polish Atomic Law Act of November 29, 2000, and other applicable national and international regulatory frameworks • Assist in preparing and reviewing licensing application materials, including regulatory reports, technical inputs, and draft responses to customer or regulatory inquiries • Help ensure project alignment with relevant Polish, U.S., and international nuclear regulatory guidance, standards, and safety requirements • Provide regulatory and technical support to internal engineering and project teams and assist in coordination with GEH/GNF Regulatory Affairs groups in Poland, Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. • Participate in interactions with customers, regulatory authorities, contractors, and industry groups to support licensing activities • Contribute to developing and maintaining nuclear safety case documentation, including supporting claims–arguments–evidence structures • Assist with activities related to nuclear power plant siting, project development, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Concepção e construção de soluções globais Web e Mobile para os canais digitais; • Evolução e melhoria contínua das nossas soluções em termos de qualidade de software, processos, performance e novas features; • Realizar o refinamento técnico de novas iniciativas, avaliando a viabilidade e apoiando o time de produto no desenho das soluções; • Promover e manter códigos de fácil leitura, aplicando boas práticas de qualidade de software como *clean code* e *clean architecture*; • Dar suporte técnico e mentoria ao time, apoiando os desenvolvedores no desenho de soluções, escolha de padrões arquiteturais e resolução de problemas complexos; • Realização de *code review*, garantindo que mantenhamos a qualidade com alto nível de excelência; • Suportar nossas soluções, realizando interfaces diretas com usuários, desenvolvedores e outros times de tecnologia e negócio do Grupo Boticário; • Documentar a arquitetura e decisões técnicas sempre que necessário; • Garantir o alinhamento do time com as diretivas de arquitetura de software e segurança da informação do Grupo; • Garantir a saúde técnica das aplicações através do monitoramento de APM, taxas de erro de APIs, latência e saúde de bancos de dados; • Desenhar e evoluir a arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos, garantindo alta disponibilidade, resiliência e baixa latência sob alta carga de requisições; • Coordenar e estruturar estratégias de lançamentos progressivos de novas funcionalidades utilizando ferramentas de *Feature Flags* e *Remote Config* (ConfigCat, Firebase, etc.).
