Technical Lead Manager
NTT Training
• Serve as the senior technical expert for assigned training programs • Oversee the accuracy, relevance, and quality of program content • Maintain alignment of course materials with applicable codes, standards, and best practices • Interface with clients to assess technical training needs and ensure program alignment with expectations • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and revise training content • Collaborate with and assign tasks to lead instructors • Approve technical deliverables prior to finalization and delivery • Support instructor selection, onboarding, and technical mentoring • Participate in strategic planning for new program offerings and enhancements • Review client feedback and training performance metrics to drive continuous improvement • Represent NTT Training in technical discussions with clients and industry stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 7–15 years of relevant technical experience (instructional leadership or training development preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead technical training initiatives and mentor instructors
- Willingness to travel regularly for on-site client support and training execution
