• Professional classroom instruction in the areas of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, boilers and chilled water systems. • Experienced in Power Point Presentations. • Proven classroom presentation and management skills. • Ability to teach a variety of students - e.g. maintenance personnel, HVAC technicians, building personnel, engineers, plant and safety managers, human resources specialists, and electricians. • Ability to interface with the Sales Department and customers concerning technical questions, curriculum, course delivery, and tailoring/customization of training. • Able to effectively communicate technical information to students of all experience levels. • Ability to discuss and up-sell products and services with client decision-makers.

Role Description The Electrical Safety and Automation Instructor position is responsible for teaching Arc Flash Electrical Safety following NFPA 70E with OSHA 1910.331-335 regulations, as well as electrical maintenance standards and automation fundamentals (including PLCs), to a variety of NTT’s clients. Qualifications - Electrician with at least 10 years of hands-on field experience in the electrical trades within the last three years - Previous teaching experience in electrical safety codes and standards within the last 4 years - Working knowledge and field experience in NFPA 70, NFPA Arc Flash 70E, NFPA 70B (Electrical Equipment Maintenance) and OSHA 1910:331-335 Electrical Safety - Familiarity with OSHA 1910.269 and related electrical safety regulations - Experience with PLCs, including programming, troubleshooting, and industrial application - Experience in teaching eight-hour-a-day courses in a classroom-style environment or industrial facilities - Current driver’s license Requirements - Ability to communicate technical information to participants of all experience levels, e.g., electricians, maintenance personnel, planners and engineers - Ability to travel on a consistent basis within the United States, and occasionally internationally - Ability to interface with the Sales Department concerning customization of training - Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations - Ability to communicate effectively via email and cell phone - Ability to apply the concept of Arc Flash Analysis - Ability to function independently in a highly efficient manner - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office) - Proficient in public speaking for delivery of course materials Benefits - Comprehensive benefits program designed to help faculty and staff stay healthy, feel supported, and maintain a work/life balance Company Description National Technology Transfer, Inc. Role Description This is a remote position. We are looking for instructors to teach in our undergraduate level Healthcare Administration program. This would be an ideal position for a Healthcare Administration professional. No prior teaching experience is needed; we provide training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support. Our terms are five weeks long and offer faculty the perfect environment in which to share their specific industry experiences to help students achieve learning outcomes. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support our busy adult learners. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution required; Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration preferred. - 5-10 years experience in health care administration or a related field required. - Industry experience must be within the last 5 years. Requirements - The highest levels of integrity at all times. - Ability to quickly build connections with students using strong interpersonal skills (including approachability and empathy). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work in a 5-week accelerated course environment. - Comfortable being first point of contact to troubleshoot software or technical concerns for students. - Reliable high-speed internet required. - Responsible for supplying your own windows-based computer and webcam. - Your computer system must pass the ECPI University minimum requirements test. - Required to teach one live session each week and hold one live office hour per week via Zoom.
