• Pilot projects from backlog and test initiatives • Conduct reporting and data analysis for business insights • Build prototypes and code through API integrations using AI • Present results and make data-backed recommendations
• Personal Shopping: you'll help recommend products to our VIP customers based on their past orders and purchasing history, making it easy for them to be inspired and discover new finds from the brands they love • Product Edits/Curation: you'll support our Marketing team in curating landing pages and pulling products to feature in emails/social media • Creator Partnerships: you'll help coordinate and manage partnerships and collaborations with various creators that we work with
• Handle inbound customer inquiries across email and chat • Resolve issues efficiently and thoroughly, escalating when necessary • Navigate Shopify and customs admin to look up orders • Maintain accurate records and follow established SOPs • Represent two luxury brands with warmth and professionalism • Collaborate with teammates across time zones
• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 Customer Support Agents • Own the escalations queue in Gorgias • Build, document, and improve support SOPs • Oversee Gorgias configuration • Use Shopify for order lookups and refunds • Monitor team performance and report on metrics • Collaborate on operations team launches and promotions • Solve tickets alongside CS team with lower KPIs
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Identify and drive high-impact initiatives across multiple functions and entities (e.g., Logistics, Customer Support, Finance, HR, Product, Marketing, etc.). Sometimes you’ll lead a project with various team members, and other times you’ll own it independently end-to-end. • Own and Scale Core Operational Domains: Take direct ownership of key day-to-day operational areas with the mandate to improve performance, reliability, customer outcomes, and cost efficiency. Over time, your scope can expand across additional operational teams or departments. • Optimize Operational Processes: Improve workflows across teams to enhance efficiency and scalability. Build lightweight, practical systems and processes that reduce chaos, eliminate unnecessary steps, and improve execution speed. • Develop and Track KPIs: Build dashboards and reporting systems to monitor performance across your domains. Conduct deep dives into operational data, identify root causes, and turn insights into measurable improvements. • Lead Operational Problem-Solving: Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and cross-team friction points. Recommend solutions, align stakeholders, and drive implementation with minimal oversight. • Support M&A Integration: Collaborate on integrating newly acquired businesses by aligning processes, systems, service standards, and operational cadence with ICG expectations. • Contribute to Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner closely with leadership to shape priorities, pressure-test plans with data, and translate strategy into clear execution plans with owners, timelines, and accountability.
