Role Description We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage the delivery of a diverse range of projects across Zepz. Reporting to the People Director, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing OKRs on time and within budget. - Own defined OKRs ensuring delivery of our strategic priorities (aka “big rocks”) across the year. - Focus on embedding our next gen commitments, our culture, our operating model, embedding our performance philosophy, and increasing our teams' understanding of our business. - Build strong relationships and networks across all functions, business leaders, and Exco. - Act with integrity and build trust as you contribute to the company’s direction and long-term decision making. What you will focus on: - OKR delivery: Scope, discovery, design, and execution of key results against assigned OKRs and timescales. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all communications related to your OKRs, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders. - Led by data: Analyse and interpret relevant data, workforce metrics creating insights to identify future OKRs with a natural focus on continuous process improvement. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing People processes, design and implement more efficient solutions. - End-to-end OKR Ownership: Own the end-to-end delivery of your own projects (OKRs) by managing every aspect of the process yourself. - Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure that outcomes are adopted successfully by employees and managers. - Budget & Risk Management: Deliver OKRs within budget, effectively manage operational costs, track data, key performance indicators, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. - Status updates: Maintain appropriate documentation, status reports, stakeholder maps, and post-project retros. - Employee Experience: Ensure the employee experience is the best it can be, both for employees, Zepz, and of course, for our users. Qualifications - Proven experience in a People Partner or People Project Management role, where you have personally delivered outcomes / OKRs. - Proven experience in a fast-paced consumer / tech business. - A solid understanding of core People functions, processes, and relevant legislation. - Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., advanced Excel and Google Docs). - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Proactive, analytical, and skilled at identifying and resolving related issues. - Happy to roll up your sleeves and get into the details and more than happy with ambiguity and change. - Must be open to hybrid working.
