Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de la Mairie de Villejuif, sous la responsabilité du Responsable du service Emploi & Compétences, nous cherchons un·e Conseiller·ère en recrutement et gestion des talents. - Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des recrutements et des changements organisationnels. - Recrutement et mobilité interne : - Vous gérez les recrutements de A à Z sur un portefeuille de Directions au sein de la collectivité. - Vous garantissez que nous sélectionnons les meilleurs profils, internes ou externes. - Vous êtes un véritable conseil des encadrants pour les aider dans leur recrutement. - Vous vous assurez de la bonne application de la politique RH de recrutement/mobilité. - Vous définissez les profils recherchés et développez des stratégies de sourcing innovantes. - Vous sélectionnez les candidats et participez aux entretiens. - Vous assurez une gestion administrative fluide des recrutements. - Accompagnement des Directions et des encadrants : - Vous soutenez les services dans leurs évolutions organisationnelles. - Vous veillez à ce que les nouvelles structures favorisent une meilleure réponse aux besoins des citoyens. - Vous participez à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des fiches de poste. - Développement de la Marque Employeur : - Vous contribuez à renforcer l'attractivité de la collectivité. - Vous développez et mettez en œuvre des initiatives pour promouvoir notre marque employeur. - Vous participez à des événements recrutement et promouvez nos offres via nos réseaux sociaux. - Vous contribuez aux projets de la communication interne. - Contribution aux projets de la DRH : - Vous aurez l’opportunité de vous investir dans les projets transverses de la DRH. - Ces projets contribuent à renforcer notre dynamique interne. Qualifications - Diplômé·e d’un master en Ressources Humaines ou titulaire du grade d’attaché. - Première expérience réussie en recrutement, plus particulièrement en collectivité territoriale. - Connaissance du statut de la Fonction Publique Territoriale est un plus. - Dynamique, pro actif·ve, force de proposition, organisé·e. - Sens du travail en équipe. - Aime le recrutement et souhaite mettre ses compétences au service de l’intérêt général.
