• Provide strong technical leadership in support of activities governed by global Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) regulations and guidelines • Provide independent oversight and compliance direction with authority for CMC Quality and product disposition, including CDMO’s, CMOs and Packaging Facilities • Support process and product quality through effective CMC quality systems, ensuring adequate supplier oversight/surveillance • Approve Protocol and Reports, Master Batch Records and Executed Batch Records for Drug Product manufacturing including sterile combination product filling and packaging • Support development and implementation of Process Control Strategy • Review and verify process data to assure compliance with data integrity and traceability regulatory requirements as appropriate • Disposition batches for human use in Clinical Trials • Support health authority inspection readiness activities for Immunovant and its partners ; support health authority audits by regulatory agencies • Assist in preparation and review of regulatory filings and safety data (e.g., INDs, BLAs, Annual Reports) to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures • Assist with development and maintenance of internal manufacturing and operational SOPs related to GxP activities, with primary focus on cGMP regulations and sterile material • Ensure that all products manufactured meet the registration and cGMP requirements based on global regulatory requirements • Support identifying and implementing efficiencies in the overall manufacturing process including process development activities, device development activities, and sterile drug product manufacturing (filling, labeling, packaging, and distribution) • Utilize GMP-regulated quality management systems and eQMS, to complete document control, change control, deviations/complaints, DS/DP release and CAPAs • Perform other quality-related responsibilities in support of the QLT as necessary

• Designing and developing end-to-end test automation across embedded systems, mobile, and cloud applications • Documents test results and maintain records for later analysis • Development and implementation of test automation infrastructure • Create test scripts for GUIs (web, mobile) • Implement keywords and test case in robot framework • Automate Web & Mobile (Appium) test cases • Execute and maintain automated tests in CI/CD • Analyze test results, debug failures, log defects, and verify fixes • Work on system-level/E2E testing

• Ensure the organization’s QMS complies with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other industry-specific regulations • Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits (customer, regulatory, or certification), ensuring compliance and driving corrective actions when gaps are identified • Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve product quality and process performance • Investigate nonconformities, perform root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone), and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence • Stay current with applicable industry regulations and standards, ensuring all processes and products meet compliance requirements • Create, update, and manage quality procedures, work instructions, and policies to ensure consistency and standardization across operations • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure quality requirements are built into product design and manufacturing processes (e.g., PPAP, APQP) • Develop, track, and analyze metrics such as defect rates, scrap, rework, and customer complaints to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Develop and deliver training to ensure employees understand quality requirements, procedures, and best practices • Address customer quality issues, lead root cause investigations, and work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards

• Execute manual test cases and analyze results in a thorough and methodical manner • Collaborate closely with developers to understand the game design and functions for effective testing • Report and track defects, providing detailed descriptions to facilitate efficient resolution • Validate fixes implemented by developers and ensure no regression occurs in the game • Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios • Analysis and optimization of the testing process itself, documentation management • Ensure all aspects of the game are working correctly, from functionality and balance to performance and compliance.
