• Design levels that offer meaningful, engaging experiences, balancing challenge, reward, and player progression. • Work closely with other departments (art, programming, narrative) to integrate gameplay mechanics, visuals, and story into cohesive levels. • Organize and participate in playtesting sessions, analyzing player feedback to refine and optimize level designs. • Keep track of the level design’s progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and that any issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner. • Work closely with programmers and technical artists to ensure that levels are feasible within the game’s technical constraints.
• Design and implement robust gameplay mechanics (combat, interaction, progression, abilities) using C++ and Blueprints; • Build fully functional UIs with UMG that connect seamlessly to gameplay logic (HUDs, menus, shops, popups, dialogs); • Collaborate with Game Designers to translate feature specs into modular, reusable gameplay systems; • Work with UI/UX Designers to bring wireframes and concepts to life with smooth transitions, animations, and input flow; • Maintain clean and scalable codebases - contribute to refactoring, debugging, and performance optimization; • Take ownership of assigned gameplay/UI features and follow them through the delivery and polish phases.
• As a Technical Artist specializing in procedural generation and Unreal Engine, you will be responsible for UE5’s pipeline part. It’s scalability and optimization. • You will collaborate closely with the art and engineering teams to ensure that the game's visual quality is maintained while meeting performance targets of multiple platforms. • The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background combined with a deep understanding of Unreal Engine technical side, rendering pipeline and procedural pipeline in general. • Setting up procedural pipeline that ensures visual standards and meets the performance goals. • Developing and refining tools and techniques for optimizing game assets, shaders, and environments within Unreal Engine or clients' proprietary engines. • Writing documentation for optimization workflows, tools, and best practices to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Design PvP maps and combat spaces that provide balanced, engaging, and competitive multiplayer gameplay experiences. • Collaborate closely with Combat Design, Weapon Design, Character Design, Gameplay, Art, and QA teams to ensure maps properly support combat mechanics, abilities, movement, and overall PvP balance. • Organize and participate in playtests, analyze player behavior and feedback, and iterate on layouts, routes, pacing, and combat flow. • Track level production progress, support task planning, and help identify gameplay or production risks during development. • Work closely with gameplay programmers and technical teams to ensure PvP levels meet technical requirements, performance targets, and gameplay needs.
• Create high-quality weapons, props, and environment assets for real-time applications; • Create 3D assets based on provided references and input data; • Set up models in Unreal Engine, including scene placement and material application; • Tweak and adjust materials directly in Unreal Engine; • Optimize assets for performance while maintaining strong visual quality; • Deliver production-ready assets within agreed timelines and quality standards; • Integrate smoothly into the team and existing production pipeline; • Actively participate in team discussions, feedback sessions, and iteration processes; • Communicate regularly with the Art Director, Producer, and Lead Artist; • Stay up to date with industry trends, workflows, and tools relevant to weapon and prop art.
• Design, prototype, and implement high-quality match-3 levels using proprietary level editors (and Unity); • Define and maintain difficulty curves, pacing, and player progression to ensure long-term engagement; • Work with game designers to integrate mechanics, boosters, obstacles, and features into levels; • Analyze player data and feedback to improve level performance and retention; • Maintain documentation of level structures, rules, and design patterns for team alignment; • Support the delivery of seasonal content, LiveOps events, and special level challenges.
