• You are the strategic engine for our diverse partner network in Wolfsburg/ Rathenow/ Magdeburg / Braunschweig / Kassel/ Mühlhausen / Salzwedel / Brandenburg an der Havel / Detmold. • You combine a strong hands-on mentality with tact and feel comfortable working in a self-directed environment. • You manage your partners and projects completely independently: whether on-site dealer training or support during end-customer meetings — you adapt your activities individually depending on partner seniority and needs. • Your goal is to enable our partners so they can operate independently and successfully in the market. • You proactively identify potential sales partners and customer intermediaries. • You build sustainable partnerships and directly share in the mutual growth. • You conduct commercial training on our gas portfolio and hardware systems and ensure partners confidently communicate the technical advantages (e.g., in welding and cutting technology) to customers. • You provide basic instruction on safety regulations, handling, load securing and transport.

Job Requirements

  • Technical backbone: You have vocational training or a degree in a technical or commercial field and can explain complex systems (gases, equipment, safety) in simple terms.
  • Experience in knowledge transfer: You enjoy delivering presentations and trainings — whether to two or twenty people.
  • IT affinity: You are proficient in Salesforce (or comparable CRM systems) and can explain the logic behind it to others.
  • Willingness to travel & regional presence: You are mobile within the region around Wolfsburg/ Rathenow/ Magdeburg / Braunschweig / Kassel/ Mühlhausen / Salzwedel / Brandenburg an der Havel / Detmold.
