• The Onboarding Partner is a strategic, relationship-focused role responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding experience for clinical hires from signed agreement through Week 1 transition into operations. • This role assesses clinician readiness, identifies and escalates onboarding and rescind-risk indicators, resolves barriers to start, and helps ensure clinicians are prepared to successfully begin practice at LifeStance. • The role manages a high-volume caseload across specialties, onboarding stages, timelines, and state-specific requirements while adapting support based on clinician experience, onboarding complexity, readiness indicators, and operational risk. • This role serves as the central onboarding partner for clinicians throughout the onboarding journey and works across Recruiting, Credentialing, HR Operations, Clinical Operations, Learning & Development, Compliance, and Technology to drive progress, resolve complex issues, maintain clinician engagement, and support operational readiness through transition into practice.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical onboarding, provider onboarding, healthcare operations, credentialing coordination, talent operations, or related healthcare workforce functions.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume workflows in a healthcare, multi-site, or similarly fast-paced environment with competing priorities and multiple operational dependencies.
- Experience coordinating onboarding across multiple stakeholders, operational teams, systems, and onboarding stages, with sound judgment in identifying risks, barriers, and escalation needs.
- Experience navigating HRIS, ATS, CRM, or onboarding workflow systems.
- Demonstrated experience organizing, analyzing, and communicating onboarding data, readiness updates, and operational risks to support reporting, workforce visibility, and leadership decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple timelines, competing priorities, and operational demands while maintaining accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clinicians, operational leaders, and internal stakeholders.

Role Description As a Creator Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing creators to produce engaging content for paid social campaigns. You’ll keep projects organized, ensure creators deliver on time, and maintain clear communication throughout the process. What You’ll Do - Source and vet creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms that align with brand goals. - Manage the entire creator lifecycle, including outreach, onboarding, briefing, feedback, and payments. - Coordinate multiple creator projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and adhere to creative standards. - Maintain project visibility and accountability using ClickUp, Google Workspace, and other workflow tools. - Communicate with creators daily, ensuring clarity around briefs, revisions, and submission deadlines. - Build and nurture long-term creator relationships for ongoing collaborations. - Collaborate with strategists and project managers to streamline UGC production and improve internal processes.
