• Monitor public social platform discussions where WES services, timelines, evaluations, or policies are referenced • Identify high visibility legacy threads and emerging discussions that may influence customer perception or search results • Track recurring questions, pain points, or misunderstandings surfacing in community conversations • Provide clear, factual, and broad responses to general questions about WES processes and services where appropriate • Correct misinformation or outdated narratives that could materially mislead prospective users • Ensure all responses align with current policies, approved messaging, and organizational values • Assess sensitivity and potential reputational risk before engaging in discussions • Escalate complex, highly visible or sensitive threads to appropriate internal stakeholders • Guide users toward official WES documentation, FAQs, and support channels for accurate and specific assistance • Collaborate closely with Customer Service leadership to ensure alignment during periods of elevated ticket volume • Maintain a credible, respectful, and professional presence that reflects WES’s mission and values

• Coordinate critical grant administration activities and analyze data related to grantmaking • Manage and support special projects through all stages of WES’ grantmaking cycle operations • Support the administration of grants throughout the grant lifecycle • Develop and manage surveys to gather demographic, impact, and other data from grantee partners • Provide project management support to ensure successful implementation of special projects
• Lead the development of trust-based, long-term relationships with immigrant-led organizations. • Co-author capacity-sharing and learning design, and innovative convening strategies. • Develop and improve frameworks for immigrants' readiness to engage in systems change. • Manage staff and align work across teams toward shared goals. • Collaborate closely with internal partners for strategic planning and insights integration.
• Plan and deliver capacity-sharing and convening activities for partners. • Manage logistical aspects of activities and convenings. • Design high-quality capacity-sharing agendas and learning experiences. • Develop relationships with immigrant-led organizations and maintain communication with internal teams. • Capture insights from partner interactions for continuous improvement.

• Coordinate critical grant administration activities • Manage and analyze data related to WES’ grantmaking • Support special projects through all stages of WES’ grantmaking cycle operations • Track funding initiatives and grants in the pipeline • Structure funding application and review processes in Salesforce-based grants management system • Manage award and payment processes within WES and with funding recipients • Ensure accurate maintenance of grant records and donations documentation • Recommend improvements to tools and resources for grants administration • Develop and manage surveys to gather demographic, impact, and other data from grantee partners and funding applicants
• Serve as a day-to-day program manager for Career Pathways and Skills grantmaking initiatives • Establish and manage trust-based relationships with grantee partners • Support sourcing of potential grant opportunities • Implement streamlined trust-based processes that reduce the burden on grantees • Maintain a deep understanding of American workforce trends • Coordinate with other grantmaking colleagues for timely execution of grants management activities
