Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
- Proficient in Figma, AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on digital campaign design.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required if you have an exceptional portfolio and experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Role Description The Graphic Designer supports the creation and execution of high-quality visual content that strengthens brand presence, marketing communications, and student recruitment across ISP schools in North America. Reporting to the Senior Head of Brand, this role assists with conceptual design, production of marketing collateral, and delivery of digital and print graphics in alignment with all schools' brand guidelines and ISP brand guidelines.
