Role Description The Graphic Designer supports the creation and execution of high-quality visual content that strengthens brand presence, marketing communications, and student recruitment across ISP schools in North America. Reporting to the Senior Head of Brand, this role assists with conceptual design, production of marketing collateral, and delivery of digital and print graphics in alignment with all schools' brand guidelines and ISP brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Senior Head of Brand, school Admissions Directors (ADs), Heads of School (HoS), and the Regional Marketing Team to ensure all artwork requests are completed accurately, professionally, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Creative Design & Brand Alignment: - Produce practical and creative design solutions that meet business and marketing needs while adhering to schools' brand guidelines and ISP brand guidelines. - Conceptualize new ideas and visual solutions aligned with established brand systems and design principles. - Design and create graphics for commercial, promotional, and recruitment purposes, including digital and print formats. - Prepare and design marketing collaterals such as prospectuses, leaflets, banners, billboards, newsletters, digital ads, social media visuals, and event materials. - Project Delivery & Workflow Support: - Complete assigned design projects in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner. - Ensure all finished artwork files are saved, named, and stored in the agreed shared folders for easy access by schools and the Marketing Team. - Provide weekly updates on design tasks, progress, and pending items to the Senior Head of Brand. - Support for Center of Excellence Verticals: - Work as a supporting creative partner within the North America Center of Excellence, producing brand-aligned design assets under the direction of the Senior Head of Brand. - Collaborate with the Senior Creative Content Producer to translate photography and video assets into static artwork, print collateral, banners, event materials, and admissions assets that support enrollment and retention. - Support Center of Excellence verticals including Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, and CRM by producing graphics optimized for their respective channels, including digital ads, print materials, and parent-facing communications. - Partner with Cluster Marketing Managers to fulfill localized design requests and school-level campaign needs across the region. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination: - Liaise with school ADs, HoS, and members of the Marketing Team to fulfill design requests according to the ISP Marketing Processes. - Support the Senior Head of Brand in coordinating with external agencies, printers, and vendors when assigned. - Provide design support for school and regional events, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives. - General Support & Administrative Responsibilities: - Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. - Communicate design needs, timelines, and challenges proactively with the Senior Head of Brand. - Perform any ad hoc design or marketing-related tasks assigned by the Company. - Uphold all schools' and ISP's branding, values, and safeguarding expectations at all times. Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or visual communications (internship experience accepted). - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or related design tools. - Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour usage, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several concurrent tasks. - Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the team. - Familiarity with preparing artwork for both digital and print formats preferred. Job Description International Schools Partnership (ISP) is a dynamic, expanding, global group of international schools that prides itself in putting learners and their learning first. This is what makes us unique and is what we refer to as our Learning First methodology. The Europe region is a dynamic and expanding one. To strengthen the Learning team in response to this need, we are appointing a second Regional Learning Director. As a Regional Learning Director, you will work alongside our existing Regional Learning Director across our schools in Europe (excluding Iberia). You will work together, each having individual responsibility for a delegated number of schools within the region based upon your skills, experience, and location. As the Regional Learning Director, Europe, you are critical to the implementation and success of all elements included in the ISP Learning and Innovation Strategy and are accountable for delivering the key goals of Embedding Quality and Academic Achievement across ISP schools in Europe. You are uniquely placed to support and collaborate with a wide spectrum of colleagues within and across schools, the regional team in Europe, and the Central ISP Learning and Innovation Team. Evidence of Learning - You are accountable for reporting all Learning KPIs for delegated schools in Europe. - You are highly informed about the quality of learning in all schools in Europe. - Through regular evaluation and triangulation of various types and sources of Evidence of Learning, you provide feedback to school leaders that support their Learning Improvement Process. - You effectively communicate the learning stories, the areas of strength, and the opportunities of each school to your Regional and Central teams. - You ensure that Heads and Senior Leaders know the ISP Learning KPIs; they know why each is valuable, how they are collected and reported, and when the school is expected to communicate them to you. - You regularly and systematically initiate conversations with Senior Leaders that promote high-quality analysis of learning evidence (such as external exam results, learning surveys and learning visit data) and ensure they have the appropriate access and training to maximise the potential of all relevant systems. - You review the effective use of the relevant Evidence of Learning by Senior Leaders to inform their Learning Improvement Planning and associated actions and investments. - You review and analyse large quantities of learning evidence and data at a Region level, using them to identify opportunities for collaboration and sharing good practice across different schools. - You effectively communicate information back to schools that enable them to benchmark and differentiate themselves in their local markets, as well as connect with similar ISP schools in their region and across the wider ISP Group. Build Talent - You have a secure knowledge of the various ISP offerings and development programmes to strengthen Leadership for Learning in schools and promote these to Heads and Senior Leaders. - You maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all participants in your region and actively contribute to their development where possible and appropriate. - You work closely with the Group Head of Teacher Professional Learning and Development and support Senior Leaders with the ongoing development of teaching practice through the ISP Teacher Role Profile and associated Teacher Self-Evaluation. - You are the primary promoter for the ISP Learning Hub in your region and have a competent knowledge of the learning environment and the courses and resources provided. - You support Heads and Senior Leaders to effectively utilise the Learning Hub to develop staff and improve learning, collaborating on launch strategies for all new digital learning experiences with each school. - You regularly support the Heads and Senior Leaders in reviewing the usage and completion rates for various courses, empowering them to better onboard new staff, and develop existing staff to improve learning. - You actively share feedback with the ISP Digital Learning Team that enables the ongoing improvement and development of the Digital Learning Offer. The Offering - You have a comprehensive knowledge of the ISP Learning and Innovation Strategy. As such you actively promote the various opportunities for improving each school’s offer. - You systematically track schools’ progress within each of the 5 core offerings through the ISP Learning KPIs, collaborating with Heads and Senior Leaders to support their focus and action. - You positively collaborate with the ISP Central Team and external partners to support coordination and implementation of programmes at the Regional and school levels. - You work with school leaders on the completion of staffing tools to gather current data on staffing, timetables, and teacher deployment. - You lead discussions with schools to identify efficiency opportunities, agree on efficiency improvements, actions, and timelines. Onboarding - You are an ambassador for ISP and model the Shared Ideas and a Focus on Learners and Learning that makes ISP unique as a school group and potential partner. You communicate and build relationships with potential new Heads, school owners, and Senior Leaders that lay the foundations for a positive and efficient induction. - You support the Group Director of Learning in assessing, either in school or from a distance, the likely current performance of the school, which is reported formally in the Learning and Education Review. - Through regular visits to the school during its first 90 days, you re-evaluate the schools’ current standing against the 9 Criteria. You report efficiently and accurately to the Regional and Central Teams on the quality of learning in classrooms, the factors affecting learning, and the capacity of the current leadership team to drive the ISP Learning and Innovation Strategy. - You create excitement and anticipation in the school, establishing early connections with key Senior Leaders in facilitating the school’s rapid adaptation and adoption of ISP’s Learning First Framework. Future Pathways - Provide strategic direction and leadership on Future Pathways to support career and university guidance as well as counselling for current students. - Ensure that schools, especially Heads of School, Heads of 6th Form, Key Stage Leaders etc., are supported with the career and guidance journey. - Ensure that schools have access to a range of university subject talks, career talks by industry professionals, etc. - Ensure university destination data and alumni data are recorded and tracked, insight/marketing narratives are provided to the marketing teams, and management information is reported to the Learning and Innovation Team. - Develop methods to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the career and university guidance programmes. - Support the development of an alumni database and programmes. - Support the setting up and expansion of post-secondary courses and centres. - Identify and nurture current student progression, including individual academic advising of targeted student population to A level and/or identified foundation programmes. Job Description Regional Head of Multilingualism - Europe International Schools Partnership (ISP) is a dynamic, expanding, global group of international schools that prides itself in putting learners and their learning first. This is what makes us unique and is what we refer to as our Learning First methodology. The Regional Head of Multilingualism will work remotely across Europe and preferably be based within the UK, Italy, Greece, Poland, or Morocco. There will be an expectation to travel across Europe regularly as part of the role. ISP takes an asset-based approach towards multilingualism, and as such, works relentlessly to ensure that all multilingual learners in our schools can access learning across the curriculum, whilst developing their academic language knowledge, skills and understanding. The role’s core purpose is to further embed the group’s multilingualism strategy, through our quality assurance framework, the Multilingualism Roadmap, and by committing to continuous engagement with the Learning Improvement Process. Working closely with the Regional Learning Directors and the Group Head of Multilingualism, this individual directs and leads schools in the region to improve learning outcomes for all multilingual students, embedding best practice in provision for main languages of education (MLOEs), languages taught in school and learners’ home languages, or additional languages of learning. Our strategic goals The postholder is accountable for driving the following ISP strategic goals for multilingualism in the region: - Every student will develop a minimum of a CEFR B2 level proficiency in at least one additional world language (usually English), in parallel to their home and other languages. - Every school's offer will include bespoke language learning pathways so that all students can access learning through development in the school’s Main Language of Education. - Multilingualism is integral to all learning across the curriculum, and its relationship with Academic Achievement is fully understood as a shared idea by all stakeholders. - All specialists and teachers will be competent in designing learning to accelerate students’ language development and increase their confidence in accessing learning across the curriculum, by delivering high-impact learning experiences - The region will have an active Community of Practice, which regularly engages with a range of initiatives, including action research, to drive improvement. - Every year, the region’s alignment to the Multilingualism Roadmap will increase and develop a strategic vision, which identifies regional challenges and successes. - Learning and teaching in schools will demonstrate an understanding of the unique needs and profiles of multilingual learners, demonstrated by gathering evidence of learning in real time and over time in Learning Visits. Key responsibilities The postholder is accountable for driving the following ISP strategic goals for multilingualism in the region: - Lead the implementation of ISP’s Multilingualism Strategy by guiding schools through accurate self‑evaluation, target setting, and alignment with the Multilingualism Roadmap. - Ensure schools systematically collect, analyse and submit language proficiency and progress data, using this to inform improvement planning. - Build and sustain a regional community of practice that promotes collaboration, professional learning, action research and the sharing of multilingualism best practice. - Support schools in developing multilingual vision statements, policies and environments that promote a strong “multilingual habitus.” - Advise on multilingual learner admissions, including language profiling, baseline assessment, inclusive induction processes and family support. - Identify and remove barriers to language learning while ensuring high-quality, tiered language provision across the region. - Upskill staff, leaders and families on multilingual learning principles, including home language development, translanguaging pedagogies, and realistic language acquisition timelines. - Support the adoption of a regional language learning framework, ensuring consistent progress tracking and strong data management. - Coordinate and guide the rollout of EdTech tools that support language learning, assessment and translation, while gathering real-time evidence of learning during school visits. - Collaborate with regional leaders, principals, admissions teams, EdTech leads and school-based multilingualism staff, while delivering professional learning, mentoring new leads and supporting action research Skills, Qualifications and Experience - Qualified Teacher Status. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience of successful supervision and coordination of language teaching and learning in English medium or bilingual schools. - Experience (school-based or group-based) of leading EAL/ML development. - Experience and evidence of successfully leading change management, professional learning, and strategic planning. - Knowledge of a range of curricula, such as the British National, Cambridge GCSE & A Levels. - Knowledge of external language proficiency qualifications such as GCSE, A Level, Cambridge, KET, PET, IELTS, TOEFL. - Knowledge of key frameworks for assessing and monitoring language levels and progress such as CEFR, BELL, and the WIDA English Language Development framework. - Evidence of engagement in action research projects, curricular development projects, conference presentations on language learning and multilingualism. - The ability to communicate at C1 (CEFR) level in at least one of the following languages would be an advantage, Italian, Greek, French, or Polish.
