Denials Supervisor

Ensemble Health Partners

• Responsible for day-to-day operations related to reviewing denials and drafting appeals • Provides daily operational support to the Nurse Denial Specialists • Facilitates communication between teams • Manages denial workflow throughout the team • Participates in Human Resource activities that will evaluate and enhance the knowledge and skill set of the Denials/Audit Nurses

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience in Hospital Operations, Denial Management, Case Management, Utilization Review, and/or prior clinical experience preferred.
