• Own the quality standard, develop and maintain photo quality frameworks, style guides, and acceptance criteria. • Manage our freelance network and set quality/consistency standards. • Manage and develop a team of Photo Curation Specialists. • Evolve operations with a focus on automation and quality assurance. • Own photo metrics tracking and prioritize based on data. • Identify process gaps and redesign inefficiencies in photo flow. • Communicate the value of strong photo coverage to partners and collaborators. • Represent the discipline cross-functionally in various conversations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of food or product photography experience
- 1-3 years leading a team with a track record of direct feedback, developing people, and holding performance standards
- Comfortable in Sigma, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools
- Proficient in Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, Lightroom, and Photoshop
- Ability to travel up to 25% for Together Weeks, team gatherings, photoshoots, and other events
