Application Integration Technical Lead

• Lead Interface and Integration Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize application interfaces, APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), middleware, and hybrid integration solutions. • GoAnywhere MFT Administration & Management: Administer, configure, and manage the full GoAnywhere MFT platform, including workflows, remote agents, security, key management, monitoring, and high availability setups. • Design and maintain automated, secure file transfer processes (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS, etc.). • Microsoft Azure: Work with Microsoft Azure services to support integration and file transfer solutions in hybrid environments. • Utilize or interact with Azure resources such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Key Vault, and networking components. • Server Administration: Manage Windows and Linux servers (on-premise and in Azure) including installation, patching, monitoring, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high availability. • Network Infrastructure: Apply understanding of network infrastructure in both traditional and Azure environments (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPN/ExpressRoute, firewalls, etc.). • Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues affecting interfaces and MFT processes. • Technical Leadership & Project Oversight: Provide technical direction, mentor team members, and deliver secure, compliant, and reliable solutions. • Governance & Innovation: Establish best practices for integrations, MFT, server management, and hybrid cloud environments. • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Typically, 8 years in software development, integrations, or infrastructure with at least 3 years in a technical lead role plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Significant hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT.
- Advanced administration, workflow design, agent management, security configuration, and troubleshooting of GoAnywhere MFT.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and core services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, networking, and security services).
- Proficient in managing Windows and Linux servers in on-prem and cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts across traditional and Azure environments.
- API design/development and integration platforms.
- Programming/scripting skills (Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- Knowledge of security, encryption, certificates, and compliance in hybrid environments.
