Real Estate Site Selector

Role Description This is a remote, field-based position with a preference for candidates residing in the Cincinnati or Columbus, OH markets. Locate, research and secure the BEST locations in an assigned market area to ensure the long-term growth and financial success of the company. Responsibilities - Identify potential sites and their suitability through research. - Present sites to Regional Real Estate Director, VP of Store Development, and Executive Committee. - Build a network of landowners, members of the development community, consultants, and Operations department to leverage in finding and selecting the BEST locations. - Respond to and help resolve all stakeholders’ needs throughout a project. - Negotiate agreements with owners. - Attend agency meetings for various approvals and project a professional demeanor and appearance. - Coordinate the municipal approval process with the Permit Manager. - Align area objectives with the strategic goals of the department. - Analyze quantity and quality of direct and indirect business competitors based on in-market assessment and knowledge. - Prepare documents and interact with corporate real estate counsel. - Direct media inquiries to the appropriate people. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field required. - Minimum 2 years’ commercial real estate or internal Sheetz experience required. - Valid Driver’s license required. - General Office Equipment.
