Sales Administrator

• Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date records • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract preparation, proposals, and sales documentation • Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to delivery or account management • Manage inbound inquiries and route them appropriately within the sales team • Maintain and organize sales collateral, templates, and shared resources • Identify and flag process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives • Liaise with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support the full sales cycle

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Manager role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data integrity
  • Prior remote work experience with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar);
  • candidates without prior remote experience will not be considered
  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment
  • Background in or exposure to the education sector (EdTech, training, e-learning, or academic services) (preferred)
  • Experience supporting or managing a sales team in a senior or lead capacity (preferred)
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, proposal software, or document management platforms (preferred)
  • Exposure to CRM administration, workflow automation, or sales operations functions (preferred)
