• Develop and oversee the overarching digital roadmap for the Party at the Polls program, including ads, events, email, SMS, social media, and web. • Directly manage the email strategy, including list segmentation, automation, and editing in collaboration with the Associate Director of Digital Engagement. • Vision and project manage the Party at the Polls website, ensuring a seamless user experience for voters and partners. • Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to set the strategy for how Party at the Polls shows up on When We All Vote’s social platforms. • Develop comprehensive digital toolkits for community partners, providing them with the assets and guidance needed to activate their local networks. • Provide technical assistance to partners to help them promote their parties using digital platforms. • Oversee the video strategy for Party at the Polls, ensuring high-quality storytelling that highlights flagship events and partner success stories. • Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques, sharing information and inspiration with digital team members. • Serve as the editor for all direct voter contact materials, ensuring tone, brand consistency, and clarity. • Analyze digital performance metrics and update strategy based on real-time voter and partner behavior. • Lead the digital promotion strategy for flagship events, coordinating across email, ads, SMS, and web to drive attendance and engagement. • Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital organizing, political campaigns, or nonprofit communications, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced expertise in HubSpot.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital strategies across various platforms and tools.
- Expertise in using digital tools effectively, including Sprout Social, Asana, Canva, WordPress, Mobile Commons, and all social platforms, with a proven track record of growing audiences and engagement on each.
- Demonstrated experience running large email and social media campaigns, preferably for a nonprofit, advocacy, or political organization.
