• Develop and maintain the STAQ strategy — project prioritization frameworks, value-realization tracking, and portfolio management — so EQT focuses on its highest-value initiatives. • Own the SPC pipeline end to end — intake, triage, scoping, prioritization, development hand-off to IT delivery teams, documentation, and post-implementation lookback. • Lead recurring cross-functional Special Project Reviews with business departments and internal team standups and architecture-collaboration sessions to align priorities and unblock delivery. • Govern solution architecture and data-quality standards so the pipeline stays reliable, fast, supported, valuable, and clean (the Innovation Engine scorecard). • Lead, coach, and develop the STAQ team (Business Process Operations Manager and Business Process Engineers); foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement. • Develop and manage the STAQ budget and capacity plan; balance incoming demand against the standing backlog and available staffing. • Communicate with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to align department portfolios, delivery priorities, and enterprise strategy; steward STAQ’s knowledge base and operating standards. • Research and evaluate emerging technologies (automation, analytics) for business applicability and pursue continuous improvement of the pipeline and its supporting infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Business Analyst / Specialist to support business insight and reporting initiatives across EQT’s Midstream and Growth Programs, including Engineering, Construction, Operations, Compliance, Growth, and Control Center. This role will serve as a key link between business operations, data analytics, and technology teams—developing actionable insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, and advancing EQT’s culture of data literacy and continuous improvement. - Business Insights & Reporting - Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making across Midstream programs. - Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into data models, KPIs, and analytical frameworks that measure performance and progress against goals. - Lead data validation and governance efforts to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across systems and business units. - Support integration and enhancement of EQT’s BI platforms and related enterprise reporting environments. - Cross-Functional Support - Collaborate closely with teams in Engineering, Construction, Operations, Compliance, Growth, and Control Center Programs to align insights with business needs. - Support financial, operational, and engineering teams with ad-hoc analytics and scenario modeling to inform investment and operational decisions. - Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across asset portfolios through advanced data analysis and visualization. - Process and Capability Development - Drive development of BI and reporting competencies within the business by training and mentoring team members on data tools, visualization techniques, and best practices. - Champion a data-driven culture, fostering collaboration between field, engineering, finance, and IT stakeholders. - Support the evolution of EQT’s Digital Work Environment (DWE) by aligning reporting solutions with enterprise systems and data standards. - Strategic and Project Support - Provide analytical and project management support for strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, system optimization, and operational excellence programs. - Partner with IT and Digital teams on BI roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data integration priorities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required. - 3–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or operational analysis. Experience in the energy, utilities, or midstream sector preferred. - Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional business operations through analytics and reporting. - Proficiency with Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar visualization tools; experience with Salesforce highly preferred. - Proficiency with Python and R. - Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL querying, and report automation. - Strong understanding of machine learning and large language models. - Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and enterprise data governance. - Experience working with pipeline operations, asset management, or systems planning data is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Proven ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and driving data-driven transformation. - You can tell a story with data — translating technical findings into clear, compelling insights for business audiences. - Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams at all levels of the organization. - Occasional travel may be required. - Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate. - Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level. • Develops designs for complete and complex engineering systems, structures, and plant arrangements with minimum supervision. • Ensures proper dimensioning, completeness of material quantities and specifications, and design needs relative to regulatory and industry codes. • Plans and executes the presentation of arrangements in AutoCAD Plant 3D. • Collects, reads, interprets and uses related reference documents and drawings prepared by other disciplines, vendors, or outside sources. • Ensures compliance with approved design standards to provide quality design, safety, constructability, reliable operation, construction economy, and operating convenience. • Reviews and checks calculations, design models, drawings and design documents for quality, accuracy, neatness, functionality, and satisfactory completion. • Assists others with assembling bid, approval, and construction issue drawing packages. • Capable of preparing a 2D model, multiple view drawing and details. Ability to incorporate mechanical 3D background drawings prepared by others is required. • Primarily remote position with minimal in-office requirements in Canonsburg, PA.

• Lead the company's facilities operations across its growing portfolio of office locations • Develop and execute EQT's workplace and facilities strategy • Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate offices including maintenance and repairs • Manage office space planning and furniture standards • Ensure facilities comply with safety regulations • Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency • Manage relationships with landlords and service providers • Conduct site assessments and ensure consistent standards

• Confirm and schedule nominations daily, following FERC cycle requirements. • Communicate EQT Midstream processes and procedures clearly to customers. • Ensure proper posting of required reports on the EQT Midstream EBB. • Ensure all SOX required documentation is saved to appropriate files. • Maintain compliance with NAESB and FERC regulatory guidelines. • Apply strong attention to detail and analytical skills in daily responsibilities. • Interact with customers via email, telephone, and ICE Chat concerning EBB issues, nomination requests, retroactive nomination requests, and any general pipeline questions. • Work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Selected Incumbent will be expected to work on a swing shift rotation.

• Position provides engineering support for midstream regulatory compliance for all regulated assets such as pipelines • Annual Pipeline Safety Agency Reporting (Federal and State) • Processing pipeline class location data and HCA studies • Working with third party vendors providing mapping data • Pipeline Safety audit support • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Integrity Management, Compliance, and GIS teams to ensure accurate asset information • Assist with data validation and quality control for regulatory reporting

• Lead strategic origination and business development efforts across the Midwest natural gas market. • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance the value of EQT’s transportation and storage portfolio. • Develop value-add strategies around existing transportation and storage portfolio. • Structure & execute complex transactions that create value for both EQT and its customers. • Business Development of new trading counterparties pipelines and storage operators. • Develop new product/service offerings. • Perform basic analysis and financial modeling to assess the value-add of proposals. • Travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and attend events.

• Perform reserves evaluations and prepare annual reserve reports in compliance with SEC regulations and company policies • Support the preparation of databases and documentation for third-party engineering audits • Ensure reserve reporting maintains compliance with SEC, SOX and internal audit controls • Conduct decline curve, material balance, rate transient and other engineering analyses to estimate oil, gas and NGL reserves • Build, validate, and maintain economic models within the reserve database, using complex and ambiguous datasets to generate clear, accurate, and defensible reserve outcomes. • Collaborate with asset teams, accounting, operations planning, finance, land, and marketing to ensure reserve assumptions are aligned with development plans, ownership, costs, and commercial expectations. • Prepare management presentations communicating and defending reserve results, trends, assumptions, and key drivers. • Prepare audit-ready documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and automation to ensure consistency across reserve evaluations

• Develop and maintain type curves, production forecasts, and economic evaluations for undeveloped inventory within multiple development scenarios. • Analyze production and subsurface data to identify optimization opportunities related to spacing, landing targets, completions, and overall field development strategy. • Conduct competitor benchmarking and analyze public data sources to evaluate industry performance trends, development strategies, and emerging best practices, incorporating insights into asset optimization and planning efforts. • Design, evaluate, and monitor pilot programs to test emerging concepts, technologies, and industry best practices. • Support reserves booking, budgeting, capital planning, and long-range development planning activities. • Translate technical and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive value creation and capital efficiency. • Communicate technical assumptions, risks, results, and recommendations effectively to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with drilling, completions, geology, midstream, business development, and operations teams to support integrated asset development. • Utilize large datasets and modern analytical techniques, including machine learning and data-driven modeling where applicable, to improve forecasting and operational performance. • Demonstrate strong ownership, analytical rigor, attention to detail, and adaptability within a fast-paced, lean organization.
