Klingbeil Capital Management
• Review accounting records, prepare adjusting entries, and assemble complete workpaper files • Prepare tax returns (1065, 1040, 1041) • Prepare tax projections • Perform tax research as needed to address issues encountered in preparation process • Maintain active communications with co-workers • Perform all work in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures • Follow prescribed procedures, rules and laws while being mindful of ways to streamline and enhance processes and workflow
Job Requirements
- Current and Active CPA Certification
- Satisfactory Background Report
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proficient with Tax Preparation Software (we currently use Thomson Reuters Workpapers and UltraTax)
- Minimum three years in public accounting or similar corporate/business experience.

Role Description HR Path is seeking a highly detail-oriented Tax Compliance Specialist to support federal, state, and local tax compliance activities. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on tax filings, tax remittances, agency registrations, reconciliations, and resolution of tax notices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing and filing tax returns, remitting taxes to agencies, researching and resolving tax issues, maintaining tax accounts, and working directly within state and local tax portals. This role is not a management position and does not include payroll processing responsibilities. We are seeking a tax professional who is comfortable performing day-to-day compliance activities and ensuring filings are completed accurately and on time. Candidates local to Atlanta who can work in the office occasionally are preferred, but remote candidates will also be considered. Role Description iRhythm Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join our Tax & Treasury team. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing tax professional to gain broad exposure across both direct and indirect tax disciplines at a growing, publicly traded medical device company.
